Tim is unethical and his website "guarantee" means absolutely nothing. He doesn't listen and…read moredoesn't care if the issue is resolved or not. Do not trust him. He didn't achieve the desired outcome that I hired him for and now he's trying to charge me MORE to come back for another site visit "to assess." Why wasn't the assessment done on the first place? Meanwhile, he can't even guarantee that he can do anything to further to solve the problem so why would I pay him more to enter my home when he has already proved that he can't be trusted. Total money grab. He also refuses to take credit, only debit, despite his website saying otherwise. Probably because he knows his work is crap and he doesn't want to give people to opportunity to request charge backs. Go elsewhere!!!
