From out of town and had time between appts. Went to get my toes done. Sat there for about 30 min waiting in the chair for my turn. Guy who did mine was not very verbal or acknowledging in anyway. Did not shave my heels and only used the file. Looks like crap. Nails weren't that bad. Massage was lack luster. Would not return. 40$ for a basic is ridiculous especially when the menu says 38 and then they ring you for 40 because you pay with a card. Just change the damn price. read more

I came in to get a FILL (I already had a full acrylic set that I wanted a touch up on with a different color) and the dude told me it would be $70!!! FOR A FILL (usually $30 or $40)?!!! She was the worst nail tech I have experienced. The finished product was as bad as her attitude. I went back to my normal nail spa and they fixed her mess. I set an appointment with Anna's knowing very little about the salon. I'm very happy I called them. Anna's were a breath of fresh air! Super friendly, helpful, and a gorgeous set of nails! They said my fill was $30 and that didn't even include any kind of polish. Wanted to charge me an extra $10 for regular polish. So pays $40 for a regular fill? Had it been get polish, I wouldn't have had a problem!! I do not recommend this place trying to over charge! read more

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I should have realized when I was the only customer there in the middle of the day on a Saturday how their service would be. so I got a pedicure. I didn't really need a pedicure, but I wanted to do a different colored polish and what I should've done was just get a polish change because I didn't need them to be trimmed or anything so I don't know what I was thinking. I guess it was because I like to get the hot towels and the massage. Anyway, so I looked at the price list. I picked the one for $47 because it had a massage and the hot towels. I should've asked if there were anything extra that I would have to pay for but I figured if there was they would've let me know before they started my pedicure. So he asked if I wanted gel I said yes. Usually, if you want gel, they charge you five dollars extra at least all the times I've ever gone before, which I go twice a month for a pedicure, but I came from out of town because I was visiting family here in Paducah. So when I'm finished, I had $55 because I was going to leave a tip besides the $47 and then he says no it is $67 and I said I didn't get anything extra and he said $20 extra for gel. And then he points to the tiny little letters on the bottom of the menu Where they charge $20 extra for gel. I said, "but you didn't tell me before we started". "I said I wanted the $47 one!" That's how they do business is trick people with added charges. They don't tell them they're going to charge $20 extra. And coming from Florida, which it is more expensive in Florida. I don't get charged that. they said "you do here in Paducah" and I said, "and this is why I will never come back to this salon here in Paducah", "because y'all cheat people and you don't tell them until your service is done" Do your billfold a favor and go somewhere else. I wanted a more natural looking nail, because they are my real nails and I just get them done to keep them strong. 81.00 and I'm no a happy person. I went here today and it was a very long wait with only 3 people working. They did seem nice. But when it came time to put the color, it is a simple white powder acrylic with white nail polish around the nail then with the ringer finger just squiggles. Then he put his own design for the pointer even before i could say it looked good. For that simple of a nail it was 85$!!!! That is outrageous. He didn't tell us the prices until we were already done! I will NOT be going there again. read more

Honestly this place is hit or miss. I've had some of my favorite sets of nails here before, and other times I want to take my nails off as soon as I leave. I just had a visit here with someone else in which they were seated 40 minutes earlier than me, and then my nails were finished over 30 minutes earlier than them. They spent about an hour and 40 minutes on hers, and only about 20 on mine when it was the exact same service. Additionally, the person doing mine got up from the chair FOUR times to walk around, talk to other people, etc., stopping my nails each time. They were getting up and returning so many times I got uneven coats on my nails as she would forget where she left off. There are far too many nail places in Paducah for me to test my chances here and come back again for this service. Really disappointed because they used to be the best!! read more

6/14/2022 I was there today and come home VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED because of the way I was treated! I wanted the gel they put on taken off and more gel put on. First time they sat me at a dirty work station. but ok maybe a bad day. Today same thing I sat down and my nails soaked. while soaking one of the guys took one of the tools he uses to scrape the polish off - he used it to clean his own nails! He then put it in the case in which WE would assume is steril not so!! Time for taking the polish off well he got the tool out of the case I asked would you please clean that? His response WAS what? I explained I saw you clean your nails and use it scraping across the dirty table. His response "okay get someone else". I sat there in the solution with my nails soaking and he left out to smoke! I washed MY hands and tried to explain that I wasn't trying to be insulting but I saw what he had done. He says ok . He kept smoking. I just left.. I came 15 min early because I was in town early and was yelled at when I came in the door and then given a rushed and painful pedicure. now my toes are THROBBING in the middle of the night from her ripping my skin on my cuticles so much. UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. BEWARE! This is NOT the Anna Nail I used to love and visit weekly. Clearly they have all new nail tech's and different techniques than they used to. The last 2 times I have been there, my polish (shellac) came off within 3 days. A shellac manicure usually lasts at least 2 weeks. The LAST time I went in, I voiced my concerns and was told, "sit down, we'll fix it". when done, I was told "that'll be $40." so when they tell you they will "make it right", that does not mean that they will make it right. They will take your $40 week after week, with poor results. Ew! This place has gone down fast! read more

Had acrylics removed. She used the drill, then the pry off method. Followed up with dip on my natural nail. Left chunks of the dip under my nail (after she used the drill to remove some) and didn't clean up the color around my nails. I should have said something at the moment, idk why I didn't. My fingertips still hurt a day later. Will not go back. read more

I was going on Sunday afternoons regularly for pedicures and manicures. One Sunday I was given to a new non Asian young man for my services. He did awful. I asked for my toenails to be trimmed, I could tell the clipper he was using was not cutting them, when I asked he said " yes, this tool is not very good." Never bothering to get up and get another. He kind of massaged my feet, kind of rubbed lotion in. These services are too expensive and there are many other places in Paducah to choose from. Haven't been back since early summer and probably wont. read more

Come here couple times before with Vivian excellent nail tech after the guy hurt me and today I think I try another lady because she busy but....next time I will request Vivian for sure because I feel she rush me out if have another customer come in, she left me with polish not even, underneath not clean. I don't want to tell her that because she already had a bad day, someone stole her stuff . read more

This nail salon has made positive progress since a new owner recently took over. My nails and toes always look great when I'm done. The issue that they still need to work on is the wait time. I always make an appointment and sometimes still wait up to 30 minutes before I'm called. Other than that, I do recommend Anna's Nails. read more
