She took the time to ask about my daily skincare routine and made me feel comfortable when I didn't have great answers. She then explained what she was doing at each step, which made the whole experience feel personal instead of intimidating. The facial itself was incredibly relaxing and left my skin feeling refreshed and clean. I walked out feeling better than when I went in, which is really the whole point. I can't wait to go back next month for my next facial with Kiley.

His procedure to fix it is so good that afterwards, people would say things like "you look like you lost weight" which meant that they couldn't tell I had a procedure done. Basically, they were saying "you look great". Other comments were "you look really healthy, have you been working out a lot". Fixing the bags under my eyes was the best thing about turning 50! The other great news is that it was fairly inexpensive. From reading comments it appears she's reaching out to people behind the scenes when complaints are made.
