Patient service. Can't get thru to anyone for up to an hr. Can't get anything done on a lunch…read morebreak. Complained many times and waste of time. Not enough staff as they try to do their best although 3 times have waited 2 or more weeks since to get a prescription filled and making sure the Prior auths are allset . Back and forth for over 2 weeks and getting incorrect info . Spending over 13 hrs trying to get it squared away. Luckily being on the Medical field I finally got thru to them what they actually needed to do. Wait so long on hold I just put phone on speaker and do chores when I am home since trying to call on lunch break is a waste of time. Now to find Drs in another practice that answers the phone and Drs getting prescriptions called in within a day or 2 . I have to call ahead 2 weeks knowing it will take that long and that's poor patient care. Had to go out of town and even told them that, gave them 10 days to fill prescription and still not done in time.

Messages get ignored. When there is no response and you have to call to find out what's going on,…read moreand still nothing is done, it's time to leave this service, as I don't trust that my health is being managed.

When I was pregnant with my first child he was the doctor who came and talked with my birthing…read moreclass. So we picked him as our daughter's pediatrician. Our daughter for the first few months had severe diaper rashes. Open in areas and obviously painful. His advice after several concerned appointments was to buy Crisco and put it on her rash. I can't believe it but we actually tried it and it made it worse! Switched doctors and have been with the new pediatrician for 13yrs and two other kids later. Couldn't be happier! BTW ends up our daughter was allergic to the diaper itself and right off her new doctor gave a prescription ointment that cleared it up.

Instead of referring me to a hospital ER for PREP, he told me there was nothing he could do and told me to make an appointment with him in 6 months.
