In January, I went and bought all sorts of Christmas ribbon on sale for projects I wanna do this coming Christmas. I would recommend this place for holiday stuff and hope decor for all seasons. I actually went looking for a Dubai chocolate which my best friend picked up the last time but it looks like it sold out. I did however find caramel stroopwafels for just $4 and Hana Awaka sparkling yuzu ($10) which is tasted in a sushi restaurant and it is delicious! They have so many lovely artworks, home goods and international snacks that it is fun to wander around.

The store is huge and jam packed full of good furniture, home decor, collectables, jewelry, and more; so much so that a tall guy like me has a hard time getting around without bumping my head on something hanging from above. There is also a warehouse next door to the main building but it is closed until Thursdays, I guess to minimize the amount of staff working on slower days. Something to note that this store has a fantastic selection of stained glass sheets in a variety of sizes for sale. They also have a stained glass workshop in the back, very cool. Plus the owner makes stained glass wind chimes and other items that are here for sale. Although many of the items here are very nice and an excellent condition, we felt that everything is just too expensive. Even some of the items you consider 'Thrifty' seemed overpriced. Regardless, if you're looking for a unique piece of furniture, lamp, or dining room set they just might have it. I highly recommend checking them out if you have never been here before because they do have a lot of great stuff, but honestly I can't see myself going back here on the regular just because of the pricing.

On our most recent visit it took about 15 min to get through the line to buy a few items but there was only one staff member working the registers at that time. Pets aren't allowed in the store, we found out after the fact but no one gave us any trouble since our sweetie was chilling in our cart. Haha, so darn cute! On this visit we picked up a new Mr Coffee Express Brew for $20, regularly $40. Great deal and the coffee is delicious. The also have more stuff than they should, so there's not enough safe space to display it all. This place is a mess. So be prepared. I had a store credit, from a return I made probably ten years ago. I was very pleased that the card still had the amount that was written on it in black marker. It had not depreciated, as historically some gift cards would. The card was so old, she had to manually type it in. lol. Oops. I hate shopping. I went without a cart, because i knew if i had a cart, I would fill it with useless things. I went for a butter dish. I found several styles. I ended up getting one Christmas theme butter dish and one every day styled butter dish. I grabbed a pack of cocktail napkins and that was it. Mission accomplished. I did spend some time looking at the Christmas stuff, the holiday sweaters, the backpacks and bags, and the many sale aisles. You could spend hours here. Luckily, I went online first to see if they even had butter dishes. So I knew that they had some before I went there. Parking is plentiful.
