I was left lying there, anxious & in discomfort. When he finally returned, he was on his cell phone--yes, on a call--while removing the needles! Since that visit, my right arm has been in SEVERE pain for two days and counting. It feels like nerve damage. The Red Flags Don't Stop There: Beware of the "detox machine" he pushes and the amount of treatments he recommends selling you. (Google "Foot Detox SCAM." Note: The foot bath uses an electric current to create a chemical reaction that turns the water brown, but this happens regardless of whether feet are in the water. And, he charges $130 for this.) "Dr. Tsai" also double talks a lot and doesn't explain things well. He is vague and confusing and doesn't provide real clarity on what he's doing. The only positive was the kind front desk staff/team, but they can't make up for Dr. Tsai's questionable practices and the pain I am in. Bottom line: This was not just ineffective--it was harmful. If you value your health, your time, and your money, stay far away from Dr. Tsai. (Note: I use to see an acupuncturist many years ago & NEVER had these issues. I go in for a 2 hour appointment at least twice a month that consists of massage therapy and acupuncture. I leave feeling relief from pain and able to work another day.
