Found this flower boutique online all the way from California! I wanted to send my mom flowers on her birthday and it can always be a risk ordering online without seeing what you're getting but I was blown away by how beautiful the bouquet was they sent her! they're also extremely affordable in my opinion. I only spent $55CAD on my moms bouquet and she called me thinking I had spent $100 because they were so gorgeous! I ordered 3 bouquets based on the website photo for Mother's Day. Here is the description It comes in soft spring tones such as blushes, Blues, greys and corals. The bouquet is aqua packed and the premium can come designed in a clear cylinder vase - presented in our French or Korean style gift wrapping paper. This gift wrapped posey will include, a good mix of favourites such as sweet smelling roses, pastel ranunculus, stock, freesia, Novel carnations, Blue thistles, hypericum berries, silva brunia. Soft greenery such as eucalyptus and ruscus. Instead, I received 3 lavender, white and pink carnation-filled bouquets with some roses and a couple of bright orange tulips - the bouquet is cheap and looks nothing like what was pictured. No berries, blue thistles, pastel ranunculus or freesia. No greenery except for fern leaves. No vase! Do NOT order from them. read more

Went to pick up the dusty rose posey flowers I ordered for Mother's Day. They were not dusty at all. I asked the person at the front to take it back to the florist to adjust. The newly adjusted flowers came back with only a slight dusty rose. Majority were white and pink. I had no choice but to bring these flowers home. Once arriving home I realized the personalized note was not placed back in the flowers after being "fixed". On top of all that I was charged double after looking at my credit card statement 5 days apart. I have disputed this charge with my credit card company. Bad experience. I have uploaded photos of the flowers I thought I ordered versus the first bouquet I rejected and second round flowers that came about. Will not be going back. read more

Items not delivered as advertised. Had to phone a day later, and they still hadn't been delivered. Items were missing from the delivery. Nobody returns call, texts or emails, so now I'm out the money that was spent on undelivered items. Unbelievably unprofessional. Avoid the hassle, and buy your flowers elsewhere. read more

We ordered an arrangement to be sent to a customer to thank them for their business. What we ordered and what they received was not identical. To the store's credit, they offered to replace with a new arrangement. We'd ordered a second arrangement which had a peach coloured theme, they replaced the peach flowers with white ones. While we understand that flower availability is seasonal, a call would have been nice to explain the situation, in light of their original blunder. Will not be using them again. read more

This place is terrible. The flowers were supposed to be delivered yesterday, May 8th, a bouquet of white roses for my beloved mother. When I called at noon today, I was promised that they would arrive in three hours. It is now past that time and all calls are going to answering machine so I can't even get a refund, and mother's day is ruined. read more

Ordered specifically an ORANGE arrangement with an ORANGE vase, my friend's favourite colour. Even specified MORE ORANGE FLOWERS. She received a gas station YELLOW bouquet with some sticks in it, in a bog standard clear dollar store vase. So much for their substitution policy: "Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value." PFFFFHHHT!!! read more

I'm posting because I know it would have helped and saved me time when I was planning my wedding - I couldn't find much feedback on florists - I hope this helps someone else. I asked if they would be able to make my bridal bouquet and matching boutonniere. I wanted something simple, elegant, small but not dinky. I wanted white flowers with green leaves. Well, what a perfect bouquet she made - calla lillies, roses, greenery & baby's breath tied in a nice silver ribbon - it was exactly what I wanted. The matching boutonniere was a white rose with some greenery and it was made to adhere with a magnet instead of a pin - brilliant! Even after 2 weeks, my bouquet still looked pretty good - a couple roses are starting to brown a little, so I'm gonna hang it upside down to dry preserve. Oh, and when I was there for the consultation, a customer came in and asked if she could put together a bouquet - she whipped it up in no time and it looked really pretty - she definitely knows what looks great (sorry, I wish I knew her name!). read more
