Menu is not just basic eggs & pancakes - items are elevated to different types of flavors. For example, one friend had blueberry lemon pancakes w/goat cheese and another friend had a lobster & Brie omelet. I had the skinny omelet with egg whites, asparagus, peppers, onions, mushrooms & goat cheese. All dishes were thoroughly enjoyed! They also have a cocktail menu with a variety of yummy drinks. My third time visiting this location. The food wasn't as good as my first two times. Portion size was smaller and the server wasn't the best. Didn't get my English muffin with breakfast and the plate seemed to have been sitting there waiting for pickup. I will give them a break and go to another restaurant for a while. Very kind, caring, and the lady behind our booth has an issue with her food and it was handled so professionally! They do Apple Pay which is a big plus! Okay so the best part... Huevos Rancheros! He rates his 4/5. The breakfast potato was disappointing...dry little nuggets. Would have loved redskins or something other than these...but all in all everything was great. She recommended the vanilla cold brew & swapped it out swiftly and he was THRILLED!!! They make great recommendations if you're between choices. I've never been let down here, but today was better than ever. Sweet manager came by to check on us & I couldn't gush about Katt enough. Craving sweet? The food here is up to par with higher end brunch spots. Although the egg was slightly over cooked it's okay I understand, not everyone can make prefect omelets. I NEVER hold that against anyone. We decided to try take out this time. We ordered chicken and waffles and a pumpkin cold brew. The app is very helpful and gives you lots of information in regards to expected completion time and when you should arrive to pick up your meal as well as directions to and your location. When checking in I was pointed to the end of the bar where online orders were. When I got there I saw my name on my order and I asked do I just pick it up and go and they said sure. No verification that it was mine? No verifying if we need the syrup or any other utensils or things to take with us. This is our fourth visit and honestly each and every time services really been the disappointing factor. What a great concept, but unfortunately they need time to get the service up the par. My experience here was Top Notch! We normally have brunch at our local First Watch, but we were interested in trying something different. We ended up at Another Broken Egg and I'm so glad that we did! From the moment that we reached the hostess desk, the customer service was on point! We were so warmly and pleasantly greeted that we even felt like old friends and VIPs. I observed that the hostess made everyone feel just as welcome! That was so refreshing. As a fan of another broken egg cafe I must say this location is quite disappointing. I ordered a Lobster Brie Omelette as I normally would however what I was served was a mediocre excuse for that. It had very minimal lobster and NONE of it was actually in the omelette. Then when I made a complaint the manager absolutely laughed my problem away and was disrespectful about the situation.
