When I called to make my appt, the receptionist set me up with Allison and assured me she knew what she was doing when it came to short haircuts and bangs. To say the least, Allison lived up to every expectation I had for my visit and final haircut! Even on my most recent trip just a few days ago for a quick bang trim, she was waiting at the front desk EVEN when I walked in nearly 10 minutes early, hung up my coat and had me in the chair in less than a minute. I walked out in 10 minutes and at the ACTUAL time my appt was. I was again beyond happy with my visit! Allison is so personal and friendly and will listen to whatever ideas you have and even offer up better suggestions as a professional in this field.
