Everything came in about two weeks, in perfect condition. The store employees were very helpful, and they also allow picture taking in the store, (many in tourist areas do not) which is good, because there is a lot of cool stuff there.

Charming little book store - always worth a visit!…read more As a book lover, I am constantly torn between two kinds of stores: the mega bookstores where you can be sure to find exactly that one novel that you've been looking for, and the charming little, privately run bookstore around the corner, with all its quirky little nooks and handpicked books. This store is definitely of the latter kind. Whenever I'm in town I always try to make the time to visit this shop & have a look around, knowing that I'll always find at least one book to take home with me. This is the sort of place where the lovely saleswomen will still offer you personal recommendations, because they know EXACTLY the kind of book that you would like. I have often come in here in order to buy a gift, with no idea what the person in question would even read, and left with the perfect book - which btw was always spot-on! The difference to large chain stores is that, here the people selling the books are also the ones who have read them in the first place. Of course the range of books is significantly smaller, and you have relatively small sections of children's and teen books, crime novels, historical novels, etc., but there is a large cooking section and an even larger travel section. Moreover, if you cannot find what you're looking for, they will always offer to order it in for you. It is definitely worth a visit if you're in the area, and as an avid reader I can only recommend to visit this charming little shop, as it's not even closely comparable to the experience of shopping in a huge, anonymous book store. You will always leave with that fuzzy warm feeling of being taken care of. =) Bottom line: * they might not have all the books you want... * ...but they can order those in * ... and it's so charming * ... with such a warm & cozy atmosphere * ... that you will never go back to cold, anonymous book stores again!

Last week on Friday I have bought a shirt (It was not on sale or anything. I have paid the full…read moreamount) from the store in Schönhauserstr Berlin. I ask the seller "if it will not be set to my suite can I return it?!". She is said "of course, you have 14 days to return". So I bought it. Three days later I drove from Dahlem to the store to return the shirt. She refused to pay the money back and shushed me twice when I was very respectfully asking her why I have not been told about this strange policy and it is the first store in whole Germany with this kind of customer service and treatment. I will never ever again go to this store or any other DRYKORN store. The worst shopping experience in whole of my life.
