I had just arrived from a 15 hr flight from the US. My nails did not survive the flight and I landed with chipped and nasty looking nails. Ans had an opening for me. It's not a storefront- it's in the Sofitel hotel second floor I was wandering around looking like a tourist until I called for clarification. I got a basic gel polish pedi and almond tips with SNS? ( some magical powder dip) that transformed my nasty nails into the hands of a goddess. It was $125 plus tip. Heidi did my hands. She was great. Gentle no nicks cuts. Good shaping and I'm picky. My pedi was equally good attentive to detail. Would recommend for sure. If I lived here this would be my go to place. read more

Part of the Wentworth Sofitel complex, service here is smooth and efficient. The usual pedi and mani you expect from Vietnamese run nail salons. I have tried a couple around the Sydney CBD, and have found this one the best. Clean, efficient and good value. My new go to! read more

Lovely staff, very friendly, but took over 3 hours to finish my nails as they kept push me aside as others would come through, also got an eyebrow wax that included one strip on the bottom. That's it. No top or middle or tweezing. When asked she said no it looks great and that's how I do them. Not to mention I asked for coffin shaped nails and received very different, loved the colour of them and the design I made with the colours but was by far the worse acrylic nails I've ever had. After so much time with acrylic and so many problems that acrylic has caused to my nails, I finally discovered SNS technique which is just amazing. I had my nails done more than two weeks ago and they are still perfect. I just have regrowth which is normal, but in terms of polish and maintenance I can tell you that this is the best solution I've ever tried! This nail salon was horrible. Such a disappointing experience - especially after reading the positive reviews online. First, they gave me the wrong address. After walking in circles, I finally find the place. The woman who greeted me was nice but the lady who did my nails was horrible. She seemed very unhappy to have to do my nails and I can only assume it's because I didn't look like the other clients. She doesn't scrub my heels and begins to put on polish after a cold soak (I asked her to make the water a little warmer and she almost burns off my skin!). Once she's done putting on the polish, then she scrubs my heel (completely backwards and unprofessional). When I ask for lotion, she tells me it will cost $10!!!! $10 to have lotion applied after a pedicure where you've washed all previous lotion off. Outrageous! I would highly highly discourage anyone from going to this unprofessional nail salon. read more

Do not go here. I had two manicures here. The first was fine, but after the second visit I found out when I went to another salon to take it off that they used gel and not shellac as I had asked for. Lying to your customers is not acceptable! They also used drills to take off the polish which is a huge no-no with both gel and shellac and drilled through to my nail bed damaging my nails in several places. read more

Do NOT waste your money here! This is my first pedi since arriving in Sydney. Wasn't sure what to expect and although the service may be different than back home, I'm very certain my experience isn't customary. I had to point out to my technician that she left a little of the old polish on as she was about to start the new color. When she was finished, she said thank you, walked away and left me in the chair with the toe separators on. I sat a few minutes before asking if there was a place to dry my toes. She then took me to the drying area. After a few minutes I put my own shoes back on and went to pay. I checked my toes after leaving only to discover there is still old polish on a toe I missed. Worst quality & horrendously rude - myself, bride & other bridesmaid came in for acrylics & pedicure on Friday before the wedding on Saturday. Fantastic service. Was in town staying at the Four Seasons and when we found out their spa only does natural treatments we went to Yelp to find somewhere with Shellac. Found Ans and am so glad! The best manicure I've had ever. I just got the $15 polish and it has lasted a week with ZERO chips!! I am amazed. Every other regular (non-shellac) manicure I've gotten chipped in about 2 days. I called earlier in the day to make an appointment and when I got there (on time) they weren't busy and they acted like they didn't know I had an appointment and made me and my husband wait. High price for lack of service. No lotion application even with their mani/basic pedi AND/or SNS manicure. If I am paying $50+ for a manicure...lotion is BASIC! Charged for removal of SNS color on only two nails. The SNS color I ended up with looked nothing like the color I chose. Not going back, ever. There were great reviews on this place, so I was surprised it was such a disappointment. Employees all in a rush to change clothes and get out even before closing time. I popped in yesterday (Monday 26th June 2017) at 12.30 for a SNS removal and redo. This was my first time here. I asked how long and was told 40 mins. My removal took until 1.30 when I had to return to work. Reason being is that one person was taking care of two of us. I had to leave with my nails not painted and then did not have enough time when I came back to have SNS done as I couldn't wait for them to dry as I had to return to work so I ended up having shellac on my natural nails - which are way to thin to support this - again no time to wait for polish to dry. Very displeased with the service I have received and will not be returning. Will now return to my local store to have SNS done. Please stop trying to get as much money as possible by taking on too many jobs at the one time, would have preferred you to simply say that you could not fit me in. read more
