I DO NOT APPRECIATE MICHAEL coming to my home and telling me that he would send his workers out one day next week in advance when he submit the report to my rent company. He said , he would tell me one day in advance so I could move my furniture where he could pull up the carpet , he also stated , his guys would move my bed. I walked him over SEVERAL weak spots in the floor and if he FELT LIKE HE DID'NT WANT TO DO THE WORK OR THERE WERE NO WEAK SPOTS THEN HE SHOULD'VE SAID THAT!!! Another fact is I called TWICE and left a voicemail on Michael phone and there has not been a call back to me! However , I will be leaving a review most definitely!! Everyone said I was getting ripped off, so I reached out to some other companies for second/third opinions, including Ethan @ Roofers LLC. Not only did he identify the issue causing the leak, but he fixed it AT NO CHARGE. Do yourself a favor and forget about Guy Roofing. Roofers LLC may not be as "famous", but they sure as hell take better care of their customers!
