I spent weeks calling and leaving messages but no one would answer or call me back. Because of this I left a negative google review. That was 5 years ago. Since then the owner, Kelly, has been harassing me over text and email every couple months, even though I asked not to be contacted again. I have blocked several numbers and emails, but they make new ones. Overall, it's probably the worst experience I've had with any company. As contractors there's no one to hold them accountable, and they take full advantage of that.

The end of March we drove 5 hours from Philly on a Saturday to sign over a car to my daughter who…read morelives there. They weren't overly busy, but we were told it takes about 30 mins to do a car registration transfer. After waiting patiently for 1.5 hours and being next in line, their system went down at 2:30pm. One of the only 2 women processing requests looked at us and said we can't take you today come back Monday. My husband asked when will the system come up, and the woman said "doesn't matter. We close at 3pm, so we're done". He reminded her that we drove 5 hrs just for this and can't come back. She said that it didn't matter they were done. This woman seemed to run the show, and everyone else (who were extremely nice and tried to help us) were intimidated by her. I immediately called a private tag place in Robinson Twp who said he could take us. We drove 30 mins, and he completed the entire process in 10 minutes!!! After several years having a AAA membership, I CANCELLED IT! The woman at AAA is the LAZIEST and RUDEST person! I watched her pop candy in her mouth nonstop for 90 mins. She needs to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY!!!
