I have been trying to cancel my insurance for months due to relocating out of state. Multiple emails have gone been ignored for months and the office manager's response is "Well he gets a lot of emails". As do I in my profession but it's an expectation that someone responds. This is completely unprofessional, and they will blame everything on the State Farm home office.

I spent weeks calling and leaving messages but no one would answer or call me back. Because of this I left a negative google review. That was 5 years ago. Since then the owner, Kelly, has been harassing me over text and email every couple months, even though I asked not to be contacted again. I have blocked several numbers and emails, but they make new ones. Overall, it's probably the worst experience I've had with any company. As contractors there's no one to hold them accountable, and they take full advantage of that.
