My husband and daughter took a hybrid mallard pin tail in to have mounted over 16 months ago. The…read moreowner acknowledged at that time the duck was a hybrid. He sent it out to be mounted, he didn't do it himself. My husband picked up the duck and told the owner, at that time, it wasn't done correctly. The feet and the bill were painted the color of a normal mallard, they should have been grey not yellow & orange. The owner was offended and asked my husband if he was saying he didn't get his own duck back. A little less than 2 weeks, my husband and daughter go back to discuss the color and the owner refused to correct it and said the picture they brought in didn't prove anything. My husband's dad has had a mount in this shop over 2 years and the owner keeps putting him off to do other mounts ahead of his. Poor poor customer service for customers of over 30 years.
