His office is readily accessible, easy parking and just off the Merritt. It is also full of some delightful ladies-who-lunch behind the front desk who are extremely helpful. I asked to speak with the office manager, who was over-hearing the conversation but refused to get involved. After asking her to please hear me out. She checked the date to see if the office close and it wasn't, I express it was the next day and I totally missed the appointment. ( it was the only missed appointment I've ever had) she was getting loud with her tone and as dismissive as her receptionist. I said that unfortunate that a office manager speaks like that to patients. Her response was the most rudest...racially motivated and disrespectful... She said "we don't want your business or money anyway" I said you don't treat paying patients like that. Her response was "we don't want your money anyway". Dr. Weissman came out and just looked, no interjection no acknowledgement of you don't treat patients like that... I have never returned to the office ever since that episode Feb 2017, and they sent me a bill for no show and make it appear on my credit. They are vile and disgusting. I promised I would one day write this review. An office manager is suppose to be good at running an office, also be compassionate and understanding. I didn't go there with any anger, or any anxiety of the situation, but hope it could be resolved professionally but instead I was treated like crap and disrespect. I will NEVER go back and I would want anyone who care to read to go there with caution!

She has never tested me for a fungal issue diagnosed by my lung doctor a few years ago via a Blood test. He referred me to an infectious disease doctor who never treated me since the medication was very strong and could damage my kidney. Many months after a near death experience in 2023/2024, I was still feeling pain in my liver. Dr Passalaqua was recommended and when I told her my disease doctor said my discomfort and pain would subside, she yelled at me to say "Who told you that I shouldn't experience any pain, she said it should/ could take a year and a half to heal since my abscesses were so bad and I was days from dying. Now I am sick again and exhausted all tests available and when she came in the room she yelled that my fungal issues from a few years ago were resolved. I was Never retested, so her aggressive attitude was not warranted. She continued to be condescending and when I tried to explain my symptoms and tests to date she kept shutting me down. I aggressively through her out of my room and asked her not to return! Also when I called her answering service last evening asking to speak to the on call doctor, which I understand she is the only doctor in her office for, her office staff disguised her self as Dr Passalaqua. Her voice was the same as the office girl who said an August 6th was the soonest appointment. It was unacceptable because I have been battling symptoms since April 30. Time is of the essence and I am my only advocate. Needless to say I will never return or recommend Dr Passalaqua ever again. I called my former disease specialist and they order blood test as that is how it was diagnosed back in 2023. She wanted to do a sputum test. She was NOT listening to my requests or concerns!! A horrible experience despite her 30 years of experience told to me by the attending ER doctor.

Owner of the business was not interested in the results my treatment, but rather in "who said what" . If you have easy case, you can choose this company, but if you want high level professional work, you better look somewhere else.

That clinician is still practicing. My clinicians canceled on me very last minute, but they expect you to cancel 48 hours before your appointment or you are charged the full fee of service. They sent my appointment reminders to someone other than myself without my approval or knowledge. It is a very haphazard practice, avoid at all costs.

However I called back and they said that they were going to call a mediation to my pharmacy. I go the pharmacy and nothing was called so naturally I called them back. Someone called me from the office and without asking me what happened stating that I am being rude to the staff. I laughed because at this point it was funny. I explained myself again, and made an appointment that I cancelled right away .this was just for a physical appointment , what if I was sick and they act like that again and again ....I was going to ask to be a concierge patient, but they don't need my money I guess.
