She emailed me a big list from which to chose an insurance provider and it wasn't until I needed to schedule with my doctor that I realized that he was not in network! When I asked her about this, Suzette said I could switch doctors!!! So after 26 years of building a relationship with my doctor, I'm just supposed to pick a different doctor! When I mentioned this to Ray, he told me to ask my doctor for a non-insurance rate! Suzette did apologize but Ray was extremely rude. Unfortunately, I had to pay out of pocket for several doctor appointments and skipped some altogether.
