I sign my taxes to be sent they didn't get sent on until 3 weeks later until it was the last day to sent them. They had my taxes confuse with the previous year. Ask for direct deposit and they sent my state taxes by mail when I specifically said direct deposit. They have rude customer service they made the mistakes and wanted me to be patient with them when I was patient with them.
