There were times when my mustache wasn't aligned/cut properly or later in the day after the haircut you can notice a spot wasn't cut and all you see is fluff in the back. The only big flaw is the pricing. I understand that Jupiter is an expensive place, but if you choose to rent out the building, charging $45 for a Hair Cut with Beard Cut (not even including a tip yet) is a lot of money. When he finally left, she still didn't say a word to us and then walked into the back room. At that point, another gentleman came from the back, greeted us, and asked if we had been helped. I explained that we hadn't even been acknowledged. He apologized, and my son sat down with him. After I showed him a photo of the haircut my son wanted, he told us he wasn't great with that style and that the female barber--who had ignored us--was better at it. When I asked how long it might be, he said she had just gone on break and would be about 10 more minutes. We were willing to wait, but we could overhear her tone while she was discussing the haircut with the barber who had recommended her. We couldn't make out what she said, but the tone came across as irritated or complaining. At that point, we no longer felt welcome. Overall, the customer service was disappointing. It's unfortunate, because it seems like they're skilled barbers--but the way we were treated made us choose to leave.

Didn't wait long at the end of a work day - which was unusual but welcomed. Wouldn't hesitate to go back or refer friends.
