I had to attend a funeral and they came and replaced my regulator while I was away which was a huge weight lifted. I moved to this area almost two years ago into a new build and haven't needed a plumber. The other day, I did notice a clog in one of our toilets and couldn't plunge it and didn't really want to try any DIY things for it. I know I did not want to try a big name plumber service as I'm always afraid of being overcharged. Anthony's Plumbing responded to request quickly and I also have a feeling if this were my only toilet, they'd be here ASAP. I got a response right away, was asked all the right questions. I fo have a cousin who is also a plumber I asked for advice just to make sure it was this one toilet, so when I got a response I did mention it was a toilet upstairs and didn't believe it was a clog anywhere else and they agreed through Yelp. I requested an appointment time for the next day, and though I couldn't do it through the automated system, I replied what I wanted and it was confirmed immediately for the next day. Alma called me an hour before the appointment and asked if they could come a half hour earlier. I am currently working from home so it was fine. She told me exactly who was coming which I didn't expect, but it was appreciated. Vincent and Ulysses came and went right to the master toilet. As I was working, I did hear what was going on and then after heard them test it multiple times. After, they did ask if I needed anything done and as I am moving, I asked if they could uninstall a bidet we had, and they did no problem (obviously with an extra fee, but time was greatly appreciated). They were both so friendly and it if I weren't loving to a whole other county, I would definitely call them for any other plumbing need! If you are not sure who to use and only looking at amount of reviews, please look at quality of reviews. They are extremely friendly! I have gotten many quotes from companies through Yelp who were extremely pushy, I appreciated that Anthony's Plumbing answered my questions within an hour and was able to schedule almost immediately. I am very happy with their service and am hoping I can deal with companies even half this nice in the future. read more

I was disappointed on my last review with Anthony's plumbing because no one showed up to my scheduled appointment. Shortly after my 1* review I was quickly contacted by the owner. He was trying to figure out how my scheduled appointment was missed because the appointment never showed up on the plumbers schedule. The owner was very apologetic and vowed to make it right. I was contacted a few days later by the original person who took down my appointment time and she was also very apologetic. She expressed the disappointment in herself and they quickly got me on board for another appointment.
