He reminds me of my mother, who is also a doctor. When I went to see another part of the staff to schedule a colonoscopy, she and her coworker took the time to calmly explain everything in detail and answer all my questions. We get there and there is nothing that indicates where their business is. I called again and told me to go into the new building and go the 7th floor. 4. We get in there and it's a doctor's office. I waited for 15 minutes while this lady discussed her medical information with the receptionist which could be heard by everyone in the office since the space was literally a closet. Big HIPAA violation. 5. Supplements are way overpriced ($60/bottle). It's really unfortunate they are overcharging what appears to be mostly elder Latinos for their services.
