Hi, it depends on which filler you get and the amount. Our fillers start at $650 per syringe. We offer complimentary consultations so if you would like you can come in and get an exact price for what you are looking for.

How much per unit for Botox?

Regular price is $13.13 per unit. For the month of April it is $12 per unit. On the 11th of every month we offer it for $11 per unit. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

What the cost of laser hair removal?

It all depends on which area. What area are you interested in having done? If you send me your email address I can send over the price sheet. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. Thanks!

I felt that I was treated unfairly in a situation that could have been handled much better, and what was most frustrating was that the managers at the time did very little to acknowledge or rectify the situation. Because of that, I ultimately decided to cancel my membership. After I canceled, I was contacted by a new manager who asked if she could make things right with me. I really appreciated that she listened, took my concerns seriously, and genuinely made an effort to make things right. She followed through, and I want to give her credit for that. I'm still not sure whether I'll continue with a membership at Hiskin. My hesitation now is less about the service and more about the open-concept setup. I personally prefer a more private, relaxing experience when I'm getting a facial. I do appreciate the new manager reaching out and making an effort to turn a negative experience into a much more positive one. That meant a lot to me.

During my last appointment, I received a facial with dermaplaning. The esthetician was so rough that I left with significant irritation followed by peeling and scabbing that lasted for about a week. I've had facials here before and have had dermaplaning elsewhere, and I have never experienced anything like this. Once the initial swelling and redness had gone down, it looked like I had cuts from the dermaplaning. After this experience, I emailed the studio to cancel my membership. Instead of processing my request, I was told I had to call. The employee I spoke with was dismissive and informed me that I could not receive the cancellation paperwork until **after** I was charged AGAIN in August. She also mentioned a "cancellation fee," despite that fee not appearing anywhere in the membership agreement. She promised to send me a copy of the agreement but never did, so I had to locate it myself. The membership agreement states that the membership requires a minimum of three recurring billing cycles, after which members may cancel before their next billing date with no additional billing simply by contacting the location. None of this is the case. My membership began in May, and I have already completed the three May, June, and July billing cycles (although I hope to get a refund because I did not go in July because of this experience, and I feel like June should be refunded because of how awful my service was). The employee claimed May did not count because I supposedly received a new-client rate. That is incorrect. I was not a new client and did not receive a new-client rate (see attached statements where I was charged for the membership in May and for charges before becoming a member). The information I was given over the phone did not match the written membership agreement, and there appears to be no corporate phone number available to resolve disputes. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the Rice Village location or the HiSkin membership program at all.

I couldn't say enough amazing things about the Institute. I have used Kay and Dana for botox and fillers, and have had amazing results each time. Bruising is very rare, but I joke with Kay because she rushes to get ice and apologizes over and over if she sees even a hint of a bruise errupting (which, like I said is very rare and a small price to pay for no wrinkles!). I would also highly recommend Patricia for hydrofacials. They feel great and make your skin bright and beautiful. The skin care line that I use, Obagi, also comes from the Institute, and the estheticians really know what they are doing. One thing I love about going to the Institute is that, in addition to everyone being friendly, there is always someone in the office (if not all of them) who has tried any particular treatment and knows what works and what doesn't for certain people. They will tell you the good, bad and ugly of what to expect because they have personal experience! I've had several other treatments over the past 2 or 3 years that I have been going to the Institute, and would never go anywhere else. I had hair-removal laser treatments done in different businesses trying "to save money" using Groupons. The problem was: those businesses did not have pain-free machines, it felt like someone was snapping me with a rubber-band every couple of seconds! For someone with fibromyalgia that's too painful. Luckily I saw Rebecca Spera on TV talking about hydrafacials. I went to the Institute of Anti-Aging to kill my curiosity; I loved it! Jamie took care of me, she's experienced and very friendly. Dr. LeConey and his wife Dana are the best. They spend time with you to find out exactly what your looking to improve and will also give you great information on any questions that you may have at the time. All of the employees that I have met have been very professional and very sweet. I can call Carolyne and she is great to help me out as well. Even though I have only been a couple of times, I feel like I've known them forever. I will continue to go there. The service here is very good and the staff is very professional & knowledgeable in recommending the right treatments based on your skin type. The initial free consultation was great because it helped me decide where I wanted to start with my skin issues. I think their pricing is reasonable and I like that they have monthly specials and a points program that can be applied to future services! I came here for information on Botox and actually got a hydro facial with Jamie and she was incredible. She was super sweet and so informative. After my hydro facial my face was super soft and felt so clean. The most frustrating aspect is that I paid a significant amount, only to be told no refunds are offered, but I could receive 25% off other services. This treatment of clients is unacceptable. I have numerous photos showing no change except for the bruising. I strongly advise against choosing this place. Look for a facility that prioritizes proper client care. Make sure you check their Facebook page for their specials! I was greeted immediately by Sam once I came in the door, he handed me some paper to fill out, and then explained to me the Micro-needling procedure and chemical peel. He was super informative! Since it's my first time doing both, I am very appreciative of the information. Sam is also the NP for the office. When the room was ready, they called me in and started the procedure. I was started off with a cleanse on my face, then a quick microdermabrasion, and numbing cream. She then used a type of red/blue light therapy. After 15 minutes, Sam came in and started the Micro-needling with HA. He explained every step of the procedure. The Micro-needling had a mild tingly feeling, but nothing unbearable. When it got to my nose, it got kinda ticklish. After the Micro-needling session, Sam started the chemical peel. That stung! Good thing he had the fan blowing at my face, haha. I came in at 9:45 and it's now about 11. So the whole procedure wasn't too long but you definitely don't feel rushed at all! After everything was done, I was given a tube of serum to put on my face for the next two days. I will have to wait for my results before I book my next appointment, but I do recommend their business! Make sure to bring cash! They have an extra charge of 5% for credit card transactions.
