Bagels did not have any meat!! both of them! and our avocado is like 1 slice on a half. Was I just scammed out of $5 because each of those cost extra!! so got a veggie bagel for extra and did not hit my breakfast spot. coffee is mediocre for a $7 latte. asked for oat milk and got regular milk.... which also cost extra. The bagels were good but they don't display the bagel options. When I tried to ask them what options there where, she looked at me annoyed and like i was stupid. I bet the food/drink could have been great if they stopped gossiping and got our order correct ‍ they didn't want us to tip and didn't give us a receipt! the ambiance was cute. Strolling down Taraval on a crisp Sunday morning, I noticed Antigua out of the corner of my eye. I had a good experience at their sister operation on Grand Avenue in South San Francisco a while back (review: https://bit.ly/40VVnKw) and thought I could pick up some caffeine here for my walk to the beach. What struck me about both locations is how low profile they are with no evidence of the self-aggrandizing approach other businesses might take to push their products. The downside though is that I keep forgetting they actually make food including a variety of breakfast sandwiches, burritos, and bagels. Looking dark and rather empty through the front window, the shop only had a little sandwich board just mentioning their food, and hey, had I known... WE LOVE IT! Attention and service were so good, Santiago helped us with lot of joy! He provided us with so many options of drinks. Food was really great, we ordered the club sandwich on a bagel and the taste was completely amazing!!!! There isn't much seating space, but most people were taking their foods & drinks to go so I easily got a nice spot right in front of the window. It's a nice place to sit and read or people watch. Fried egg sandwich - this was so good!! It made me think of an In N Out burger, but with an egg so it's okay for breakfast. Matcha latte - I usually have either non sweetened or very lightly sweetened matcha, so in comparison this was way too sweet for me. depends on personal preference. I think they changed ownership? The barista is different so the coffee isn't the same. There's still a young woman from before who makes good coffee but she's mainly making sandwiches or other things. Sadly I won't be returning. This is a small, to-go coffee shop that also serves breakfast foods and fruit. There's not really seating inside, so it's a quick order-and-go mechanism, with one cashier and one barista behind the counter. Service was prompt and friendly, and I like that the drinks are super customizable. The fact that they have soy milk, almond milk, and rice milk as replacements for dairy definitely sold me. I've never seen another coffee shop with so many options; usually they offer soy and stop there. I have lived in this neighborhood 9 months and just discovered this coffee shop! It's great! Cute little hole-in-the-wall! They have a wide selection of coffee, cold bottled beverages & great food choices. They offer hot foods (breakfast burrito, bagel sandwiches, chicken pesto pannini etc...) and they also have a selection of pastries, yogurts and fruits. I got an iced mocha and an Asiago bagel with ham. They were both worth every cent! Pros: Good coffee (most important!), good food, window seating to enjoy street view! Came by on a rainy Friday morning. We were looking for a place in the sunset to get a breakfast burrito and this cafe popped up on yelp. The waiter was friendly and was the only person working. There was a pretty steady stream of people who would pop in for a Togo drink or pastries. We ordered a horchata latte, a breakfast bagel, and a breakfast burrito. The breakfast bagel came with scrambled eggs, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and avocado (this was optional and could have been bacon, sausage, or ham). It was an everything bagel (not sure if there were options but I love everything bagels anyway). It was a filling and refreshing bagel but I wished the cheese was melted rather than just sprinkled in. The breakfast burrito was very hot so the cheese in this one melted well. It was stuffed with eggs and little sausage pieces swimming in salsa. It got a little messy to eat because of said salsa but it was a tasty burrito. The horchata latte didn't scream horchata. It just tasted like a latte but was a decent latte nonetheless. read more

On top of that, I was overcharged a dollar because she charged me for bacon, which the burrito already includes a choice of meat. Way to go, cashier of the year!
