"I like smoke and lightning Heavy metal thunder" (Steppenwolf) Q: What on earth is Antimony? A: Antimony is a heavy metal. Chemical symbol Sb and atomic number 51 on your periodic table. Antimony is known as the "wolf of metals" because its chemical structure allows it to devour pretty much any other metal except gold. So that kind of explains all of the wolf-inspired logos and imagery you'll see at Antimony Brewing. It's located in a big retail center with plenty of parking and located on a main road (Route 20), so it's a very easy to visit and enjoy some wonderful beers and food. Four if us just had lunch there and we had a terrific visit. Of course, when I visit a brewery-restaurant, the first thing I do when seated is scope out the beer list and find something that intrigues me. Their selection represents pretty much everything in the beer world - IPAs, Double IPAs, Sours, Ales, Stouts, and Pilsners, plus some very cool cocktails and hard cider. I went with a 16-ounce pour of their Cherry Blonde Ale ($9, 5.0 ABV, 20 IBU). It was mild, very drinkable and quite delicious. Their food menu is very ambitious with ten small plates (how about Texas Twinkie Egg Rolls, Panko Crusted Cheese Curds, or Chicken Kimchi Potstickers?), four salads, eight burgers including elk, bison, lamb, Wagyu, and Ghost Pepper, eight sandwiches including tacos and a Prime Rib Dip, seven Big Plates including salmon, brisket and steak tips, and four pizzas including Wild Mushroom and Balsamic Fig. I couldn't resist the Ghost Pepper Smash Burger ($19) with ghost pepper cheddar, candied jalapenos garlic aioli, and a double smashed burger patties. I thought it was a great choice, the burger patties were yummy and the candied jalapenos packed a punch. The ghost pepper cheese didn't seem to add much zip, but maybe it was overpowered by the jalapenos? My wife ordered a short pour of their cider draft ($4 for 5-ounces) and it was served with a cinnamon sugar dusting on the rim, which really enhanced the apple cider! Her lunch was the Butternut Squash Salad ($16) with mixed greens, cubed butternut squash, goat cheese, candied pecans, dried cranberries, and a maple vinaigrette dressing. What a great mix of flavors and textures. Our server was a young lady named Karizma and she was personable, professional, and very helpful. Our party of four's lunch ran $129 for 5 drinks, our burger and salad, plus another salad (with salmon) and a fish and chips. We had a totally enjoyable visit with great food, great drink, and great friends. PRO TIP There are no sinks in the men's room or ladies' room. Instead, there is a Unisex communal bank of sinks for everyone to wash up together. Seems like a very cool way to make friends!!

Visited Antimony Brewing in April 2025. The burger was juicy and flavorful, served on fresh buns with crisp lettuce and perfectly seasoned fries on the side. The fried chicken sandwich was a standout; spicy, crispy, saucy, and paired with creamy slaw for the perfect balance. The pizza was classic choice for my kiddo, with the right amount of cheese and sauce. The salmon entrée was beautifully done, served over wild rice and veggies with a flavorful sauce drizzle. Beyond the food, service was friendly and attentive. I recommend stopping in.

What a great spot for some finger foods and drinks! There was a bit of a wait for a table since we had 7 ppl in our group but the wait was shorter than they estimated. It was busy inside but not really bustling. By the end of our meal, there was live music setting up for the rest of the night. The food/drinks were a bit varied. I tried their strawberry rhubarb old fashioned- not great. Their drinks on tap, solid choices. The burgers were a hit! I got the elk burger and it hit the spot for a burger craving. The fries are a bit underwhelming as they're kinda soft and small in quantity. The wings were fine, not enough heat for it to be called mango habanero wings. Overall it was a solid meal but nothing out of the world.

Totally great five star experience here! Chill atmosphere, not crowded and great service. Loved the Christmas lights and wreath around their logo. I had the coffee cake ale which was stellar and my fiancé had the Hunted ale, which he enjoyed a lot. Bartenders were friendly and offered me samples when I was undecided on ales. Bathrooms impeccably clean. We didn't have food here but will definitely be back to try their tasty looking menu!

I love this place! They have a great selection of beer and food, and everything on the menu looked tempting. The space is spacious and beautifully decorated--very stylish. The service was friendly and attentive. We had the pretzel appetizer, an elk burger, and pizza, and everything was delicious. The pretzel was especially amazing, paired perfectly with the beer cheese and honey mustard.

Solid gastropub with all the classic dishes you know and love. Came here twice during our stay in the area and loved the Buffalo Burger w/ fries. Came with brie and blueberry jam which was a bit weird but I tried it. 2nd time had the "French Dip" which should be thin sliced roast beef but instead it was thick steak pieces that didn't quite work. Call it a steak sandwich au jus. As for the beer, I liked their plum sour ale that was good, but only available in cans that day. Hope it's back on tap soon. From my experience and from other reviews, I'd stick with the burgers here.

I'm writing this view today because I forgot to post it the other day. I will say that I had the best burger in the Berkshires here at antimony I ordered the Lamberger, which was outstanding! Kye our waitress was awesome and a lot of fun taking out order and giving us recommendations. I ordered a flight of beers enjoying their IPAs. I also ordered the pretzel which was awesome buttery and hot and again their lamb burger was just amazing full of flavor that's gonna be a must when I get home to get some ground lamb excellent since this is a few days ago I don't remember what my friends ordered but trust me, Everything was enjoyed. I highly recommend Antimony!!

First, parking is a little confusing especially if there aren't any spots out front or if people are parked so they take up 2 spots. There was parking out back but there was a lot of construction equipment and I don't know if it's staff only parking back there. My service was good, they were fairly busy around dinner time last night. The bartenders were really nice (and they had good hair ‍). However, one of the gentlemen sort of just rinsed his hands after the bathroom and didn't use soap lol I had a flight, with their newly released Lemon Ginger Beer, Ionic Tangerine Sour, Coldhead Oatmeal Stout and a Grapefruit Pale Ale. Very cute presentation - they serve their flights on old barrel planks. I loved the Ionic and the Coldhead, however the Lemon Ginger wasn't it for me. If you're a fan of heavy ginger flavor (think a Libation) this will be right up your alley though. (The spicy margs everyone was ordering looked delicious!) The food was delicious! I tried a soft pretzel with beer cheese and honey mustard. The pretzel was larger than my face and the dips were super tasty. I also had a hand held - I went with their Caprese, added chicken and their truffle fries. Truffle fries were so delicious! The sandwich was also great, their chicken was grilled really nicely with perfect charred ends and the flavors all came together really nicely. The pesto and balsamic reduction complimented the arugula really nicely.

    Frozen wings. Yikes.

As a stand-alone restaurant in Northern Berkshire County ... 2 Stars. As an extension of the Courtyard by Marriott across the street (in the spirit of a hotel restaurant), perhaps 3 stars. Standard pub fare and alike. Did not try the beer as we do not drink alcohol. We wanted wings and burgers and chose to try this place as we knew M&M's, The Old Heritage, and Patrick's would be too busy at 5:30pm and we were in a time crunch. Well, my apologies to the ownership of the aforementioned businesses. You're busy for a reason! If you're up for skiing, it will work. If you're at the hotel, it will more than work. If you love the beer, it may be a great place.

Popped in for lunch and got the bbq brisket with mac 'n cheese with cole slaw. Meat was soft, juicy, and flavorful. I still prefer the brisket that I got in Tennessee. Does this mean that only the South can do brisket well? I don't normally eat mac 'n cheese and wanted to substitute but dining companion wanted it so I kept it in the order. It actually was pretty good.

Also enjoyed the Latin American flare/flavor incorporated into both dishes. Dining prices in Albany have (bewilderingly) been on par with Boston and NYC for years now, so Coray Kitchen is certainly reasonable for a high quality meal. I also appreciate that the specials were priced similarly to on-menu items. Will definitely be back to sample the paella and fresh pasta, unless enticed away again by specials!

First and foremost, the menu of 20+ items online was not what we received when we came through the door. It was instead replaced with a much smaller (and more expensive) menu with only 5 entree choices. Seemed like a real bait and switch. Worse even than that, the dining room was extremely hot temperature wise, I'd guess north of 80 degrees easily. The restaurant is supposed to be air conditioned so we mentioned it to the server and asked if the air could be turned on. Her response was to say that she "agrees its very hot but the owner didn't think it was hot enough for the AC to be turned on" and if we thought it was bad in the dining room we should check out the kitchen, where she claimed it was 110 degrees. Ridiculous. We finished our drinks and left. None of us were comfortable and it didn't feel worth it to pay 30 dollars for a rib-eye while we were literally dripping sweat. We spoke with some other patrons on the way out, they mentioned their rooms were equally hot. When they called down to ask about AC, the hotel staff brought up a fan to push the 90 degree air around their room. I would avoid this place at all costs, at least in the summer months.

It's just too expensive. Honestly $25.00 for a burger and fries is just so unreasonable, and all of the sandwiches are about the same price. The cocktails are insanely expensive and the beer is exorbitantly priced. Here they are brewing the beer themselves - there's no "middle man" to pay, and I was charged $11.00 last time for a 10 ounce pour ! The poor value caused me to hold off on ordering a second serving. And then I just decided not to because it was a rip-off. Also, on my last experience, I ordered a flatbread pizza and it was not good at all. First of all, when you hear the word "flatbread", you're thinking something on the order of crust that is definitely no thicker than 1/2 inch, BUT, this "flatbread" was THICK like Sicilian style pizza and that's not what I wanted at all. I asked the server about it, and she confirmed "Yeah, that's just how the kitchen serves them." It was hard to eat. The crust was super crunchy (no chewiness at all like a thick bread should have) and all of the ingredients on top were falling off with every bite.
