You sent me an email with a plea deal that was completely different than the one the district attorney offered me at court Mr Mitchell was on zoom he had no information of the deal I was given I put guilty to something that I should not have and he did not open his mouth and say a word or ask for time or anything revolving the incident he did not argue evidence circumstances revolving the case. I was giving a deal I could have represented myself and came out with. And then top it off he has one of his paralegals calle me and tell me I still owe 600 dollars for a payment that I never made that I have record of making. He will be ill prepared and not argue in your behalf. There are many lawyers in the state I urge you to use one of them.. don't let your future be determined by somebody doesn't care about you.
