First I completed their contact form on their website. ...After two weeks, and no response I went to their website again and found an E mail address and basically re-initiated the same contact inquiry I had used before. ...After another two weeks and still no response I went to their Facebook page and used the Messenger function. When I asked if anyone was there, I got the following reply: "one.is" ...Then I got the following message: "Hi, thanks for contacting us. We've received your message and appreciate you reaching out." Not sure how much they "appreciate" anything, but after three unsuccessful attempts at establishing contact with this company I'm moving on to someone else that at least has the professional courtesy to follow up. Because this place doesn't.

His name is Carlos Quintanilla, the office is filled with friendly and appreciative accountants. I have used Carlos now for three years. They even sell for a very small fee what they call Peace of Mind , Insurance, which covers your return if ever a problem, they do the IRS paperwork etc at no cost to you and correct any problems that were honestly made. If you want a great experience paying your taxs this year, give them a call. I only suggest Carlos , get whomever you choose. But he is my choice, as a preference of saving me every year and his honesty is impeccable.
