I'm so sad, very sad! Our office was across the street from this place for 8 years and we literally bought lunch for the staff at least twice a week. Pizza and their antipasto supreme salad was our staple. We took their salad home at least 3 times a week and sometimes we'd make a pickup on the weekend. That shows how much we enjoyed their food and customer service. As it was, we moved our office across town and would still periodically stop by for our most favorite salad. Todays experience was very disappointing. We have an extended stay at a hotel across the street and was so excited that we could enjoy our Fav again, all to be underwhelmed. We were greeted by someone who clearly wanted to be somewhere else. We asked if our slices of pizza could be warmed up and the answer was no and that "the heaters keep them hot." Well, that was the not case, they were room temperature. We asked for a Stella beer which was on display with the other beers and was told they were sold out. If something isn't available would you keep a sample on display or would you remove it from the customers view to avoid expectations. During the entire exchange it was as if we were asking too many questions and being an imposition. The kicker was the attitude changed when this person started interfacing with the other employee. Really? What happened to customer service?! What happened to being courteous and happy to have a job? Why doesn't the younger population understand the concept of smiling and greeting customers like they appreciate our business? What are business owners suppose to do to motivate their employees? Throwing money at them doesn't seem to be answer so we stand exasperated. Good luck Antonius, we won't be returning. read more

I used to wake up everyday, unsure what the future held. Until... Antonious. I came in one day looking for a slice of pepperoni pie, only to find salvation. Not only did I get a scrumptious slice of pie, but also deliciously warm fried potatoes slivers (fries) with a criSP bottle of ginger ale. It was absolutely phenomenal and I cried real tears. This turned this old grinches heart, from the size of a chick pea to below regulation softball (which is about 3x size). I would absolutely recommend this pizza to anybody. Me and a friend went to see the Festival of Lights at the Mission Inn. After dealing with the parking mess, we definitely worked up an appetite. We decided on this place as it was the closest and least busiest compared to the surrounding food booths. The pizza was 'meh'. We got 2 slices of cheese and some drinks. I think it came out to around $10. It's fine if you're starving and willing to eat anything, but otherwise I would skip it and go elsewhere. read more

Horrible service. I ordered a two slice combo ana an order of wings. They gave me my pizza but no drink. While waiting for the wings I decided to order a pizza for the kids at home. The pizza was ready and we still didn't get the wings. So I asked them to cancel the order of wings. They canceled the wings then the wings were placed in the counter as ready. One of the workers apologized and said the wings had been ready, the kitchen just did not put them out.... The worker then asked me if we wanted the wings when another worker grabbed them and said, "We have even more food for us now." The young lady apologized, but the service and blatant disregard for the customers means we will never be back. Don't go during the holidays. Male at the register refusing to sell items on the menu. Ordered a slice with a salad and drink. However, when I got to the cashier, he said only selling slice with drink. The guy who took my order went to ask if they could make a salad and came back to the cashier and said you ordered number 3 right yes we can do it the cashier spoke over him no go take our the trash it's only slice and drink. So I came in here with my family at 8:30 pm. Said they close at 9 but they had already closed the kitchen. Then at 8:55 they shut off the lights. We were eating inside and the lights just turned off. They serve cold and warm sandwiches, pastas (great lasagne FYI), salads, appetizers and dessert, including a selection of Gelato. Overall, the pizza is very good and reasonably priced. Customer service is horrible. We went to pick up our pizza, found that it was made incorrectly, questioned it and asked for the manager. Was told there was no manager there. The girls said it was the fault of the "Slice" app. Took the pizza anyway but as we walked out the door we heard the 2 girls behind the counter laughing and saying that they guessed we didn't like our pizza. Well we probably would have liked the pizza (we have in the past) but we certainly didn't like being laughed at and their condescending attitudes.
