Tijdens mijn gesprek met de verantwoordelijke, de heer Ivan, werd mij meegedeeld dat ik, mits het in orde brengen van alle vereiste documenten, na een opleiding zou kunnen starten. Op basis van deze informatie heb ik de nodige stappen ondernomen om alles in orde te brengen, waaronder mijn bestuurderspas en een blanco strafblad. Toen ik gisteren opnieuw contact opnam om mijn kandidatuur verder op te volgen, werd mij meegedeeld dat er momenteel geen werk beschikbaar is en dat men eerst de huidige chauffeurs meer wil laten verdienen alvorens nieuwe medewerkers aan te werven. Ik begrijp dat dergelijke beslissingen kunnen wijzigen door omstandigheden. Wat ik echter als zeer storend heb ervaren, is de manier waarop dit werd gecommuniceerd. Tijdens het telefonisch gesprek werd er op een onrespectvol en onbeleefde manier gereageerd, onder meer met de opmerking dat men "geen glazen bol heeft om te weten wat er in de toekomst gebeurt". Deze reactie vond ik ongepast en niet in lijn met de professionele uitstraling die men van een organisatie zoals de uwe mag verwachten. Ik wil u dan ook vragen om dit voorval intern te bekijken, zodat toekomstige kandidaten op een respectvolle en correcte manier worden behandeld. Alvast bedankt voor uw aandacht.

If you are Belgian you can download their app, as I am not -- I went the old fashioned route and called them. Yes, on the telephone! Both times I was helped by courteous staff that quickly figured out the best location for pick-up and within 10 minutes I had a clean taxi to pile my brood into and be on our way. Super reliable AND friendly. Hard to beat that! Highly recommended. Taxi service can be a stressful part of travel, but this company does it right and treats its customers well, problem solved.

If you are looking for a driver/transportation service, this company is the BEST OPTION! We live in San Diego California, so planning a trip to Brussels Belgium wasn't without challenges. I have to say, Driver4You made our experience outstanding. From initial inquiry, they were quick to reply, despite the 9hr time differences. Their prices are excellent! We booked a one day chauffeur service for the 6 of us to go from Brussels to Paris and back. The price is cheaper than taking the train, and we get someone to drive us all around town. We also used them for airport pick up and drop off! For the 6 of us, it is a much better deal than going the Uber route (we have 6 check in luggages and 6 carry one). The cars are new and clean! The drivers are all so processional and nice!! They are also super punctual! The manager that replies to your inquiries and reservations is so helpful! First thing we noticed were the multiple levels of tracks built under the steel and glass canopy of the station. As others have pointed out what an amazing engineering design and operational efficiency! The beautiful interior of the station that greeted everyone upon arrival was quite the photo spot. Personally I preferred the departure side which was just as ornate but with significantly less people. Outside, a huge Ferris wheel was installed and blocked photos of the station exterior. Inside expect to find Starbucks and other fast or convenience food options, WCs and ticket office. It was easy just to walk from the station to the historic part of Antwerp through the diamond district or take public transportation. Well worth a visit even if not taking a train anywhere.
