St Joseph's Hospital North Imaging Service in main hospital…read more We got it done---eventually! First off my bank wasn't processing credit card payments this morning---"so we'll bill you." Done. When taking blood sample...needle blew out---made a white towel red! "Kidney blood check just fine," After taking two CT scans without contrast....as tech initiated contrast to enter----it blew out the IV connection---cold contrast everywhere! Freaked me out! But tech simple cleaned up mess and tightened connection...and the cold then hot contrast was injected and "CT scan finished." St Joe's CD burner wasn't working---so the tech called the out patient imaging on Van Dyke and I "picked up my burned cd in the morning." So.....a few snafus-----but all dealt with and handled with care, compassion, and professionalism. The tech and I had a few giggles dealing with so many bumps in the process! But this is an annual CT scan soo I know them all well. And CHOOSE to continue my treatments there. I heartily recommend these "health pros" and trust them with my care---and my life!

Dr. Miller, the Hand Specialist, is warm and has an amazing bedside manner. She is very thorough with her examinations and explains things in details. She listens to my concerns or questions and gives me detailed responses. I could not be happier with my recovery. It may be slow, but slow healing is better than the quick worsening that I experienced while being treated at another clinic and a general physician.

Comments were demeaning and I had to wait a week before I had to insist on a follow up. I received more insight from Google. Will stick to Advent or Baycare for urgent care in the future.
