My only possible complaint is that it took a long time to get our food. I was glad we didn't have anyplace we needed to get to and were able to wait for our meals. In two days time, I had a total of six flat whites, and brought others to enjoy the place (and they had very positive responses to the flavor of the coffee as well). The finish of the coffee is that pleasant blend of caramel and smoke that is just amazing. The other thing to mention here is that the lady behind the counter remembered my name from my second order, which to me is quite amazing, given that the place was quite busy the first time I went there, as well as the times I returned. Overall the people working here were friendly, pleasant, smart, and clearly care both about their products and the service they offer. I was surprised reading the other reviews here, because as an outsider who only went to this place a couple of days, I had consistently superior service and consistently superior coffee. My overall advice is: IF you like coffee for the sake of a good coffee, this place is the best I've seen in Australia. Go here.
