I had a blue screen of death pop up on my 8-year-old laptop and didn't know what to do. This happened a couple weeks before the shelter in place order in San Antonio (thanks COVID-19!) and I knew I needed to get it fixed so that I could work from home. Josh had my computer up and running in a day with a new hard drive (he transferred all of my important stuff from my old hard drive), new OS and even came in on Sunday, his day off, so I could pick it up - the following Monday my office implemented a work from home policy. An amazing job. I needed a fan replacement for my laptop (which required a motherboard flip) and thermal repasting over the GPU and CPU. He worked with me on the timing as I had ordered my own parts from overseas and completed the task once the date of repair was settled in less than an hour and a half. All this for a competitive and fair price, I can't say more for how satisfied I am with such excellent service. read more

Josh was fantastic. I had a Precor treadmill that stopped working. After doing a few minutes of research, the problem was isolated to the IFT drive. Josh found the broken capacitor and replaced it within a few minutes. A Precor technician would charge $1000 and a used replacement would have cost $250. Josh's total charge was $38 (including tax).
