Adam & his entire staff are dedicated to ensuring that you achieve your goals. The first thing you…read morenotice when you walk in is how this place looks like no other gym you have ever seen! They don't have lots of fancy machines, they don't have any mirrors - what they do have is a system that works. I lost 20 pounds in 8 weeks, my daughter lost 15 pounds and my wife lost 20 as well! The results are not just about weight - they are about changing the way you look at almost everything! My cardio and my attitude and my energy level have increased dramatically thanks to NGPT! You also need to know that every team member was also a customer first! Trish is one of the most inspirational coaches I have ever met - and she lost over 180 pounds doing the program. ' Their board of people who have lost 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, etc pounds is amazing and TRUE! If you are ready to make a real change in your life, NGPT is the place to begin the journey!

I know several people have come here and lost some serious weight.... it isn't surprising given how…read moresupportive NGPT is. I began taking classes here to get off campus and get some exercise in (graduate school hasn't been so kind to my previous active lifestyle). After coming here I ended up finding community outside of graduate school that was health conscious and motivated. I lost a few pounds, and gained some serious strength. I'm not going to lie; getting motivated to hit the gym at the end of a stressful day is hard, but knowing that I've got a supportive crew waiting for me at the gym certainly helps. BONUSES: 1) Online scheduling: Helps keep class sizes under check and ensures that I hit the gym when I say I will. 2) Cool people: I was afraid I'd run into the classic 'jock' types but this is far from the case. The people who come here are personable and fun to be around. 3) Inspiration: So many people have lost weight and have managed to keep it off. If they can do it; I can keep a healthy lifestyle too! 4) TRX: Seriously the coolest workout thing ever. 5) Functional training: Since working out here I've noticed my day-to-day activity/energy has improved immensely; something I haven't been able to recreate from traditional gym workouts. DOWNSIDES: 1) Music: I get tired of listening to the same music at EVERY workout. In class you are guaranteed to be listening to repeat playlists of either classic rock, funk, random 80's beats, or uber hyped up pop music. It is tolerable the first 10 classes... then it gets old. Perhaps they could sync Spotify/Grooveshark/Pandora or something to vary it up a bit. 2) Equipment: The mats used for classes are old and beat up, but this isn't such a big deal if you bring your own. 3) Wish there were more late night classes (lately they've been getting better about changing the schedule up and adding in new ones) If you are looking to become more active, shed a few pounds, find some cool friends, or need an outlet to stay sane this place is the jam!

I have been working with Joe for over 4 years and couldn't imagine working with anyone else. He is…read moreprofessional, personable, and lives his life to help others. Are his workouts challenging? Always. Are they fun? Absolutely. Joe pushes me to be my best and get the most out of me each time we train. But he also knows my limitations and never pushes me more than I can take. I always feel refreshed and invigorated when we get done. WholeBeing is the real deal... he not only addresses your physical self, but your mental and spiritual needs as well. He looks at the whole person to see what you need to reach your goals. He has helped me to stay competitive at an older age (over 50) and tailored my workouts to fit my interests (competitive mountain biking). Recently, Joe has been training my high school daughter to improve her lacrosse game. He has helped mold her into a serious athlete and a chance at playing DIV I college athletics. Don't think twice about working with Joe, he is one of the best around.

All around great trainer, physically, mentally, and spiritually.... well worth it. What I…read morepersonally appreciate is his desire to learn more, to add to his craft, and working with special needs clients. As an Pediatric Occupational Therapist i would definitely recommend him to some of my families. Personally, if you are looking to make major changes in your health, check him out! I've been with him 2 years now and I've benefited way more than just weight loss. So much has been added to my life because of him, thanks Joe Palmieri WholeBeing.

This fitness center offers 24/7 access to members, which I really appreciate due to my fluctuating…read morework schedule. They have a co-ed cardio area, co-ed weight area (machines and free), women-only cardio area, women-only weight circuit, open workout room, and bathrooms/showers for both men and women. The workout room is open access whenever there aren't any classes going on. The room has free weights, kettlebells, mats, and a bunch of other accoutrements. Priority offers a bunch of fitness classes every week. If you buy a year-long membership, you can participate in unlimited classes at no extra charge. This is a great bonus and really helps in changing up your weekly fitness routines. Current classes include boot camp, pilates, sport yoga, kettlebells, and zumba. There are TVs in both of the cardio areas (3 in the co-ed and 2 in the women-only). If you bring headphones with an FM receiver, you can tune in to the sound for each of the TVs. The standard station settings are FOX News (yuck!) and Home & Garden Network, plus ESPN in the co-ed area. If you're there during staffed hours, though, the staff will gladly change one of the channels for you. The staff is great, very friendly and helpful. Membership rates are pretty much in line with other fitness centers - probably a good comparative value, once you figure in the unlimited classes. My only real complaint is that there is no water fountain.

Extremely unpleasant service. I got a membership there around 2 years ago maybe a little more or…read moreless. I went for a month and then stoped going. I knew I couldn't cancel because I signed a year contract, which was no big deal. Fast forward 9 months. I forgot about my membership and unfortunately had my debit card stolen. I got a call from them and they said they ran my subscription and it came up lost/stolen. I said yes - and started to explain before I could the I was cut off and they demanded my new card number, with a lot of attitude. I don't remember the entire conversation but It was extremely rude. I gave them my new card number and hung up. I was trying to get my stolen money back, as well as deal with all of my bills and get my life back together. A 2 minute conversation would have cleared up the whole thing. The individual could not be bothered nor cared what I had to say. Fast forward to now. I noticed that it was still coming out. So I called and asked if I could cancel. I was met with a sarcastic voice asking if I had not read my contract where "it was BOTH CIRCLED AND UNDERLINED THAT SPECIFICALLY SAYS YOU MUST HAVE A WRITTEN NOTICE" A simple, I'm sorry sir it's company policy would have sufficed. My membership was over 2 years ago. I'm sorry I forgot what the contract said. So I went in person and canceled my gym membership, during a global pandemic. The company apparently has never heard of the internet. They force you to go in, so that you will forget and they can continue to charge you. Unethical. TL:DR rude customer service. Contracts designed to force customers to continue to pay. I recommend others to go somewhere else where the workers are more pleasant. On a side note. When I went in to cancel my membership the lady behind the counter was very helpful and nice.
