The two owners also teach multiple classes per week and are always available for questions. After completing the program you can stay on and take as many classes as you would like for a monthly/biannual/annual fee. The ten week session comes with an included coaching service that provides mentoring for the program, as well as reviewing food logs and recommendations. You have the option to continue the nutrition coaching after your 10 week program is up for a small fee.
