Everyone is made to feel welcome no matter your skill level and even if you don't think CrossFit style workouts are for you then you also have sweat classes with are more geared towards boot camp styles and damn do they make you sweat! I've tried multiple ways to get fit from regular gyms, running, YouTube workouts at home, hiking multiple times a week and more and so far this has been the one that I have loved the most and I don't think it would have been this way if it were another gym. I have lost 25lbs, gained a lot of muscle mass, which at 61yrs of age is very important, gained my confidence back and I am having the best time ever. The coaches are FANTASTIC!! The owners are FANTASTIC, they are also 2 of the 4 coaches. This is the best gym I've joined, and the best thing, it's only a 30min class. This gym is a must for those not feeling comfortable in a gym setting, there is NO judging, show boating, competing with other members, we all support each other, it's one big happy FAMILY ON 3!!

I originally joined another location of OrangeTheory Fitness but I visited the Langley location…read moreonce and I found myself coming back when my schedule permitted. The establishment is located in the strip mall right across the street from Willowbrook mall. Enough free parking and I've never had a problem. The studio is in shape of an L and the numbering system on all the equipment is apparently a little "backwards" from most other locations, but I don't mind. I have had classes with a few different coaches and they each have their own style and way of infusing fun and motivation into the classes. There is a basic structure to the classes, but the exercises are always a little different so you never feel like you are doing the exact same workout twice. Complimentary use of the shower as long as you bring your own towel. I like this location because the staff and coaches take the time to get to know you as a person especially if they are a new face to you. They were already greeting me by name on my second visit. A very nice touch that brings a smile to my face before my workout! Admittedly it is a little pricier than your standard gym membership and you have to another upfront cost for use of the heart monitor. It also works better if you download the app and sign up for classes ahead of time. But if you feel like you need someone to guide you through a workout and you push yourself more as a result of it (I know I do), then OrangeTheory Fitness is worth a consideration.

Whenever I've had an issue or a concern, the issue has been dealt with quickly and professionally. I love how each class is different and targets one's endurance, strength or power. The coaches are inspiring and push members to do their best. If they feel that you can lift heavier weights or increase your speed little more on the treadmill, they'll push you to do it. They get to know people's names which creates a sense of belonging. I love how there are people of varying places in their healthy living journey at the gym. No one is there to judge. Everyone is there with one goal in mind. I highly recommend this gym!

I accept this as my fault for not checking my credit card closer, but when I brought this to their attention (not expecting a refund as I should have checked my card) I was told I would still need to pay another month's fees and a yearly maintenance fee!! $%%#@$#%$ This situation reflects a serious lack of follow-through and really low grade customer care. I fulfilled my obligation by cancelling in person, and the failure to process it was entirely on their end. Expecting additional fees after their oversight is just bad business ESPECIALLY when they can see I haven't been to their gym in OVER A YEAR!!!
