One time a teacher yanked me by neck ob my shirt and yelled at me just because I sat in the wrong place but when a "WHITE" kid got in trouble they didn't do anything except tell him "just don't do it again."

The owner does not care to address concerns or listen to the parents on what their children are going through. Our kids were always sick, staff is regularly loud and unprofessional, they transport children in extremely cold vehicles, I could go on and on. Regardless, please be weary of sending your children to any of their locations.

When asking for a mediation multiple different times they'll do everything to avoid it and turn around and say we reached out and never got a call back not our problem. (No proof of missed calls or voicemails whatsoever!) Calling a child a liar about a serious concern is a huge red flag and makes a logical adult question if these kids are safe in their care to begin with! Being told that us and our children are liars and that my review is inaccurate and misleading when that is not the case! Definitely shows how little these people care about legitimate issues and concerns! On top of multiple attempts at getting a mediation scheduled and no proof that an attempt was made like stated. Absolutely disgusted with the level of carelessness and unprofessionalism with the company!

My child said his teacher hurt him. An investigation was done. There are cameras in the classroom, the playground and parking lot. The investigation was concluded and the teacher has returned. Unfortunately, we have have lost faith in the school.
