It was about $30 USD total and we were amazed by the amount of food that was served ( please see pictures below). It's a 5 course meal and included one alcoholic drink in the price as well . When you're done eating in your private dining area you have the option to walk around the premise and play different arcade games they offer . Definitely loved this place . Delicious food and cool vibes !

I dig it. We booked…read morelunch with Cava de Cano as part of a self-guided wine bike tour with Baccus Bikes. We rode up slightly drunken, buzzed in and parked our bikes. They led us to what was basically a private room (it seemed like all the spaces were private) where the food was already laid out for us. It ranged from various cured meats, cheeses, olives to potatoes and tripe, and lots and lots of wine. It was a heck of a lot even considering there was 10 of us. We stuffed ourselves and the waitresses started clearing our plates...then proceeded to bring out beef stew, then pasta, then ice cream sundaes. Oh sweet lord, we did not realize what we were in for. Price-wise, it was a steal. 7000 ARS for all of us, netting out to about $16 USD per person. The food wasn't particularly memorable but the experience was. It was a great time with mounds of food and great service (they speak very little english, so be prepared) in a relaxed and private atmosphere. Would recommend.

Carola, Gabriel, Humana were so pleasant and helpful going above and beyond! The cleaning staff was great and all the rest of the staff were incredible :) We had coffee and breakfast at the restaurant every morning and dinner twice. Restaurant is great and people visit just for that. The ambiance of the property is relaxed and comfortable. The grounds are well kept. The rooms are private and nice. Very quiet except when groups return from a day of tasting LOL. Love this place!

This is a gated hotel with 24 hour monitoring. A good feeling of security. With a very easy checkin, the staff member carried our bags to room 5. Spacious and comfortable. Very well appointed, comfortable bed and an amazing rain shower, shower. A/C and heat are individually controlled. In room safe was also provided. We had a wonderful view of the back area overlooking the pool and jacuzzi. Guests are very respectful of the quiet surroundings. Breakfast is includes with both a choice of continental style as well as some hot selections of egg dishes. We didn't have dinner at the hotel but if breakfast is any indication, it won't disappoint. It's located an easy walk to the town center of Chacras de Coria which has an abundance of shops as tasty restaurants. The staff is eager to help with restaurant recommendations/reservations, taxi calls, wine tours, bicycle rentals with an abundance of bike paths. Lastly but importantly, the staff here is just fantastic. Always helpful and kind. We would like to specifically thank Laura for her helpfulness, kindness, professionalism and hospitality. She was our point person from start to finish. She was great! All in all, if we were to return to Mendoza, this would be our go to home away from home. Many thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Alvarez y Borjes - Half a chicken, mixed green salad and two empanadas

They do have about…read morefive or six tables inside and charge you a small cover fee for taking your order and giving you table service. They have whole and half roasted chickens, pizzas, sandwiches, milanesas, pastas and salads. The menu is pretty expensive but it is all written on the wall as you enter. We waited at least 15 minutes for our chicken to be reheated, our salad to be prepared and our empanadas to be warmed. Everything was very tasty although the chicken was probably a tad too salty for most people if it was just at the edge of being too salty for me! The chicken had a nice sauce on it that you could actually use to season your salad. The empanadas were solid and baked with a nice chunky filling of beef in one and cheese and onion in the other. No salsa criolla served with them either. Luckily we had already placed our order or we might've had to wait a long time to place it is did the people that arrived after us because more people came in through the front door ordering carry out and ordering by phone and the one guy taking orders seemed to get a little overwhelmed and people were waiting a bit longer than what we are accustomed to waiting in that kind of scenario. A young delivery down and drove up in a motorcycle and came in and started preparing pizza boxes by imprinting their logo on the top and then adding a piece of parchment on the bottom and folding the boxes. They must do a decent pizza business on the weekends because he made well over 10 boxes. Anyway, there's nothing fancy about this place at all but for 250 AR pesos for two we had half a chicken, a salad, two empanadas and a very large water. It's a nice change from all of the beef!
