There are units: studio, 1 bedroom or 2 bedrooms that are great for singles, couples and families! The kitchen has all amenities you need: microwave, oven, stove top, full size fridge, dishwasher and even a washing machine! (Go to the reception and they will give you washing powder!) Less than 5 minute walk from Central Market and with a full kitchen, one can pick up fresh local produces (meat, seafood, Jamon, bread, cheese....) and have live like locals! The complex is within walking distance from all the sites, shopping areas and night life but still quiet if all you want is to enjoy a glass of wine in 2 of your own private balconies! The front desk staff here is super friendly and helpful! Just ask them for the supplies you need! Extra wall adaptors, toaster, kettle, hair dryer and more! Great alternative to hotel or hostels for short or extended stay!

We found a young man stuck outside at night not knowing how to get in, and gave him the emergency number. Apartments are very nice; excellent value for money. We reserved a one bedroom and were given one with an extra bedroom with a single twin bed. The extra space was convenient for our luggage, to use as a dressing room, and for phone meetings (or for a child). There was a washing machine in the kitchen. The friendly front desk will give you detergent and a drying rack. There were even little bottles of olive oil in the kitchen. Very good restaurants are nearby. Car access is restricted in this area, so if you take a cab, they will probably drop you off at Plaza de la Reina and it's an easy walk from the corner marked by a McDonald's. Loved our stay and would definitely come again.
