Had a horrible stay here. Had NO TOWELS for the first night, and were told we would get them only…read moreafter 10 am the following day!!!, with two small children! Personnel was unaccommodating and very obnoxious about it. Our room was very different from the pictures: dark, blinds were broken, the bathroom was at the opposite end of the flat far from the room, and we had to move furniture to access the door! It was noisy because of the vent from the restaurant below. The internet didn't work in the bedroom. We arrived in the evening after a long day of travel, but we were not given instructions for access beforehand. Therefore we were in front of a locked building with no clue how to access it.The worst was how we were treated by the employee when we wanted to discuss the towel situation and how we were greeted. We were also denied the possibility to place a formal complaint by the employee who said that we had only paid for a room but not for the ability to speak to her superiors.
