The beautiful, kid-friendly beach with super-soft sand is just across the street. It's a public beach and it gets busy, but you can rent chairs, umbrellas, and a lockbox (a little over €18 a day for the full package, but you can scale down). Or, you can find your own space for free if you have or don't need an umbrella, etc. it turns out that Mallorca is a huge vacation spot for Germans. As Americans, we loved meeting people from Germany and other countries. It was so nice to barely hear English at the pool lol. And, speaking of the pool, it was really lovely. There was a shallow section for kids and then a regular section for everyone else. The buffet dinner was perfectly adequate and the free breakfast in the morning was a really nice perk. We had some special dietary requirements and we knew we would be cooking a lot, so we wrote ahead and asked for a fully equipped kitchen. The fridge is relatively small and it's a tiny little sink, but we had everything we needed. We purchased dish soap and a couple of extra kitchen towels. We eventually learned how to use the single burner induction stove-top. Overall, we were really pleased. it was a wonderful and relaxing place to be.

My friend and I purchased prestige level which includes some perks like prestige lounge on the rooftop. I loved that perk because it was adults only and very relaxing. It had infinity pool and stunning views of the Muro beach and turquoise water of the sea. We also had unlimited access to alcoholic drinks that we got to mix ourselves. The grounds are stunning! It's an eco-friendly establishment so don't expect a lot printed on paper. The room we had was cute. The balcony was a great touch because it gave us some stunning views of the pool area and the beach in the distance. The beach is public and doesn't belong to the hotel. The service at this hotel is great if you really push it. What I mean is once you show that you mean business, they will pretty much kiss your feet. It's not an adults only resort so there are a lot of kids running around doing their annoying kid things. This huge property only had three restaurants that were open on different days so it was impossible to make any reservations. So we had to speak to the manager directly. Boom! We got reservations! Buffet restaurants are very chaotic at lunch time with kids running! Insane! It wasn't my vibe at all. Babies crying all the time. Now, out of three restaurants we tried I liked only one. The Greek restaurant was absolutely gorgeous inside but the food was just blah at best. Their skewers were very stale and tough to chew. The desert was the best part of the meal. There are plenty of lounge chairs by the pools so it's a good thing. Entertainment was a joke. Kids seem to like it but I didn't. No nightlife so you may have to venture out into Alcudia for bars and music. The bars look very pedestrian at this place and have no character. Overall, I tried to enjoy it as best as I can but it could have been much better.

Upon arrival, I noticed that the room did not meet the standards one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. The overall cleanliness was below average, with dust in the corners and noticeable stains on the furniture. Woke up itchy on our firstnight and I have to asked them to change our sheets. One of the major issues we encountered was the lack of basic amenities. Despite requesting a refill for hand soap multiple times, it took an unacceptably long time for housekeeping and reception to respond. Each time I called, it felt like I was waiting indefinitely, which is not what you want during a hotel stay.
