This was by far the worst place I've stayed in Paris. I should have known better when we were not provided information on how to get into the building. When I called the number on the original email, they informed me that they send an email to Expedia (which I did not book through) and had to have them send me a new email with information to get into the hotel. When we got to the room, we turned the shower on and there was no hot water. We had the water running for at least 20 minutes and there was still no hot water. In addition to the lack of hot water, the water in the shower started leaked all over the bathroom floor soaking the towels. We contacted the hotel and got no response until the next day. In addition to the lack of hot water and leaking shower, the room was disgusting. The bed has multiple different kinds of hairs all over it and a large stain on one of the sides. There was something sticky on the floor, the bathroom accessories were dirty, the toilet seat didn't match the toilet, and there was hair in the shower and on the washcloth in the bathroom. When the hotel finally responded to our complaints the next day, they switched to an automated response and did not address any of our concerns. Because of the condition of the room, we had to book another hotel in the area last minute. overall the worst place I've stayed in Paris with the worst customer service. This place is conveniently located near several restaurants/cafes and near the Champs-Élysées. An important note is that you need to complete the required paperwork, which includes a picture of your passport for tax reasons, before coming in order to get the passcodes for your apartment as there are a total of four codes and doors you need to get thru for your stay. They will also send you picture instructions to get through the building to your apartment. There is no reception desk there when you arrive and you won't see anyone for service during your stay. We ran into a couple that didn't complete this and couldn't get into their apartment; I tried to tell them that they probably didn't have a reservation then because the paperwork was not completed and that point was clearly stated on the instructions. I don't think they understood me. WS offers an unsecured free WiFi so beware of that when using their WiFi service. And it seemed to be limited in connection as we could only get two devices to connect at any time on it. The room was nice (disclosure: pictures were from when we were leaving so the beds were a bit more tidy at arrival). I have stayed in a hotel before in Paris and this apartment was by far more spacious than my last stay. The windows are opaque glass so you definitely have privacy during your stay. The place was well heated too for 50 degree November weather. There is no laundry service here so no one takes out the garbage or makes your bed for you each day. It is a true apartment living while in Paris. On our first night we had the pipe behind the toilet leak and it ran into our bathroom floor. There was an odor to the water so it must have been the pipe going out to the sewer even though the water was clear. I emailed the contact to inform WS but I think I was just lucky that Monday was the next day as I ran into their maintenance men on a quick stop back to the apartment and was able to tell them about the plumbing issue. I was also lucky that one of them spoke Portuguese and understood my Spanish. Needless to say they fixed the problem, gave me new towels to replace the ones I had to use on the floor and never had another plumbing problem the rest of my stay. Room The room was as it looked online - except three times smaller. Their dimensions shared on the website are correct, but the photographs give the illusion that it's larger. The kitchen was well appointed for the space: it had a two burner stove, sink, mini fridge, dish rack, toaster, and coffee maker. Cutlery, pots, pans, and plates are provided. Our room had a small cafe table and two chairs. You could make food in the room, but it would make everything smell like you're food. The bathroom is small, but functional. There is no cleaning service during your stay - the room gets cleaned before you arrive, and again when you leave. The walls are thin - expect to hear your neighbors as they come in and out of the hall, and as they watch TV. Please note: you will be expected to leave €20 in cash for the cleaning service. From the translation and my understanding of traditional hotels and Air BNB, I thought this would be charged to my card or be charged as part of the reservation. Clearly I was wrong. Luckily, we had a 20 euro note left. Location This property is located in a charming building, on the fourth floor, of a small Parisian street. There are lots of small eateries open for lunch on weekdays, and a few brasseries and restaurants open into the evening. Two supermarkets are nearby - Carrfour City and Franprix. Both offer basics like prepared foods and toiletries, which was great to pick up items we left or things we discovered we needed. Responsiveness of Staff This is not a traditional hotel - it's really a collection of apartments that are managed by a team off site. The team was great to responding via Expedia messenger, we booked via Expedia. They also have a phone number to call during business hours, and that was helpful. It was clear the staff tried to help make our stay as good as it could be. That being said the staff had a limited understanding of English, and it was challenging to get some basic questions answered. Examples: Question: "When should we leave for the airport from here if we have a 10:30 am flight?" Answer: "As long as you leave by 11 am, so we can clean for the next customer." Question: "Is there a safe in the room?" Answer: "The apartment is in a safe neighborhood." Check in and check out is done remotely, and the staff will message you the codes to get in and out of the building and your room. This worked well for us, but we had to translate the instructions to understand. Something to consider: the room across ours had their room door malfunction in the evening, and the family had no way to get into the room as there was no staff on duty- no one was answering the phone or answering messages. Although this was a one time occurrence, it's something to consider when booking this location for your stay. We relied on the friendly staff at a hotel down the street to answer questions for us, as well as to print tickets to tourist attractions. It would have been nice to have a similar service or option at this location. Airport Transportation An option provided is an arranged car service to/from the airport. We elected to use this service upon our arrival to CDG. The booking process was challenging, as the WS staff work as your go between. They tried to book a car service for 6 hours after our arrival, and I had to double check and correct the pick up time to ensure we could make it. You pay for the service with the driver - either in cash or with card. The agreed rate was €55. We were charged €81, but I did not know until the receipt was emailed to me. After asking the W S staff to investigate, they shared that because we were one hour late, the car service charged an additional €26 fee. The W S staff said that this was covered when they said that there was "€30 fee for no show." Again, I think this is something to due with the staff's familiarity of English. What upset my wife and I is that our plane was late due to the Air France strike: we had to wait at the gate for ground crew, and wait for baggage to be deplaned. After asking to take these conditions into consideration, the company still refused to refund the fee. This being said - it was convenient to have this service, but buyer beware and consider paying in cash, and addressing any pricing discrepancies in the moment. I mention this in the reviews because this impacted the stay for us. We will be taking alternate transportation to the airport. Overall This is a great base camp for your travels in Paris. Be aware of what services are and are not provided, and you'll be okay. After our stay, we have decided that our next trip will be at a traditional hotel or Air BNB, as they offer a better experience for us. read more

Let me start by saying upon arrrival to your rental we were greeted very rudely by the woman who works in the building at the desk when we just politely asked if we were in the correct location she abruptly told us that we were in the wrong building and there were no rentals here just businesses..? We had to then get the help from residents we happen to see in the building to call your company to get the instructions into our room which was never provided via email upon booking like they said they would.. after calling several times we finally received the email regarding all the info to get in etc...after spending less than 24 hours there, me my wife and daughter were locked out of our room for a combined total time of 3 hours! After speaking with the useless security guard on premises he could only help as much by calling you and does not have any access to the rooms?? ( why is he even there then if he can't have keys to rooms? your company must not trust your security enough) either way after waiting 2 hours and several phone calls which I'm sure your aware of..luckily David your technician showed up to help us out..he was great, very polite and professional but unfortunately he did not have the key that worked for our room so he did tell us we would have to wait another 30 min for him to return he offered us to visit a cafe nearby and ensured us that you would be paying the bill for that since I refused his cash he offered since it wasn't his fault( so I do expect the small reimbursement for that from you). After returning he informed us he did not still have the right key so he broke the lock to get in and informed us that we shouldn't lock it in the am when we go out and security will watch until someone comes to fix it.( I'll hold my breath on that for now). Also while I have your attention I'll let you know your advertising a room with AC which was our biggest requirement we were searching for with rooms and to say that your room is more than a disappointment your AC is as good as a homeless man blowing in my face! It's horrible, weak, not cold and only one shitty register (great AC ammenity!) tricky advertisement good way to sucker us idiots from other countries Sebastian! Me and my family come to France every single year for one month for vacation and to see our family here and in the last 5 years we have NEVER had such a bad experience as we are having now! Well I hope you hear us and hear us well Sebastian as we are very unhappy customers and I'm sure we are not alone since I've spoken to another couple in #65 they explained the same bad experiences, broken shower and shitty customer service..me and my family will never recommend your mediocre accomaditions to ANYONE and we will no longer be renting from you in the future since we realized your a "slumlord"! Never in my life have I been completely locked out of a room that I paid for almost a year ago!!!!! Unreal! Not to mention my wife is diabetic and almost went into a seizure waiting for help to get in(3hours) so your very lucky sir nothing happened to her or we would be having a completely other nasty discussion!
