Great little hotel. The rooms are spacious and very nice with great views of the palace (at least the rooms in our group did). They seemed to have 2 layouts. One has a separate bedroom and a living room but no balcony and the other is like a standard hotel room without a separate bedroom but a little balcony.
Service was great and every employee was very nice and friendly. The hotel decoration is modern and very nice. The hotel also has a very nice terrace on the roof which doesn't seem to have any drink service or anything in the winter but you can still go up there with your own.
Our room came with breakfast which was also great and very fresh. Delicious eggs, chorizo, coffee, juices and assortment of pastries. We never felt any need to go anywhere else for breakfast.
The hotel also has a small antique automobile museum which we did not get around to seeing but looks pretty interesting.
The hotel is pretty centrally located with easy access to the bus stops, metro and walking distance to various spots.
Only things to consider is they don't provide bar soap (just a tiny hand one) and instead give liquid body wash. The shampoo is also not great so consider bringing your own or we got some at one of the little stores down stairs.
Dropped one star because we had some issues at the end of our stay. Last night the power went out in our room at first the front desk staff seemed to think we were crazy saying there's was power. After a while they realized it was an issue and we weren't the only ones. They couldn't figure it out and said they would move us. So we had to pack all our stuff then after we were all packed it came back. Didn't get to bed till like 3am. Hotel staff was like oh well. Same front desk person refused to recommend any delivery other than the menu inside the room which ended up being pretty bad and expensive. read more
