i went to look at a Hyundai tucson they had advertised and wasnt there. The 4th time they had her leave it so they could figure out what issues they stuck her with before she signed on the contract so they kept her new / older used car for a month. Yes they rented her a car for the time but still can you imagine how she felt? As a father I'm pissed. So in saying if your daughter or son decides to go here and buy a vehicle go with them. Just wish I'd knew of these issues earlier. I had her document everything/ everyone she delt with. Times dates and if they continue to pull these things i will help her contract the bureau of automotive repair in Sacramento And then the BBB social media. They should of known they sold her a lemon next step also is to file a lemon law return. My daughter wanted to be independent and I understand but like I said when it's your child no matter how old you don't appreciate them getting taken advantage of. So it's very important that the buyers beware

Our experience with the auto purchase from CarMax Victorville was not a journey I'd do again, Joey…read morewas the person that helped us on the phone - we should've never made the purchase. Within the first 90 days, we had to take the car back multiple times for a tire pressure sensor issue that we were repeatedly told had been fixed. After several visits, they finally sent the vehicle out and replaced all of the sensors, which ultimately resolved the problem. Then, after owning the vehicle for about a year and discussing it with our credit union, we learned we had paid significantly more than the vehicle was worth - our fault, we were in a bid need for a commuter vehicle. Looking back, we should have done more research before purchasing. We also test drove another vehicle on the lot that smelled like the engine was burning and, in our opinion, shouldn't have been offered for sale in that condition. Buyers, do your homework and research before signing anything. We certainly wish we had. A year later, we had a situation happen with Joey - the same sales rep who lives in the same neighborhood in Victorville!! If you accidentally have a DoorDash order delivered to Joeys address on Flagstaff St., don't count on it finding its way back to you. My stepson and his friend were having a summer sleepover and ordered Wingstop. Being elementary school kids, they used the "Find My Location" feature instead of confirming the address. The order was delivered around 10:30 PM to a house about five doors down from ours. After spending time on the phone with DoorDash, the kids and I walked over around 11:20 PM. The food had already vanished. We could see lights on inside the house, so I rang the Ring doorbell, pressed the doorbell, and eventually knocked (heavily) on a window before someone answered. We were told nobody knew anything about the food and that the person who may have brought it inside was asleep. Now, maybe that's true. Maybe a mysterious Wingstop fairy swooped in and rescued the order. Who knows? What I do know is DoorDash provided a photo showing the order sitting on a very distinct doorstep with a white screen door. Interestingly, the porch light was clearly on in the delivery photo. When we arrived less than an hour later, the porch light was off, the food was gone, and somehow nobody knew anything about it. Draw your own conclusions. The funny part? The person who answered the door was.... Joey. Last year, my fiancée and I bought a vehicle from Victorville CarMax, and our initial sales phone rep told us he lived down the street at "the house with all the cars." Sure enough, same JOEY. Small world. At the end of the day, nobody is losing sleep over a Wingstop order. The kids got fed, and life goes on. But it's disappointing when a simple mistake involving a group of elementary-aged kids can't be met with a little honesty and neighborly decency. Needless to say, if I can't trust your household with a misplaced Wingstop order, I'm probably not trusting you with my next car purchase either. Double-check those cars, the MSRP, delivery addresses, and kids trying to act grown-up, neighbors.
