Her expertise made our shopping experience go fast and smooth. Within a few hours she found the exact Grand Highlander we wanted. After that Andi passed us on to Avontae in sales to finish up the paper work. He was in charge of the test drive, showing us the awesome gadgets and features. He had all the answers to all our questions. Avontae had us in the finance office signing the final papers in no time. All in all it was the best car buying experience my wife and I ever had. Looking forward to buying another Toyota from these 2.

The manager of the service department needs to find where the bottleneck is happening. Hopefully, he's not an overweight slob there just for the paycheck. Hire a consultant to do this more effectively. Have your cloth seats professionally steamed (those stains look disgusting), fix the laptop rests, clean the coffee maker as requested on the screen. Finally, waiting 40 minutes for a car that's ready, just because the representative at the desk can't organize himself is unacceptable. Hire capable people, train them better, and represent Toyota professionally, like the brand deserves.

From the moment we walked in, Eddie went above and beyond to take care of us. He took the time to show us the Suburban, explain all the features, answer all of our questions, and take us on a test drive. He was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and, most importantly, he was incredibly friendly and funny. He made what can normally be a stressful process feel comfortable and enjoyable. Eddie really listened to what we wanted and worked hard to make the deal happen. He didn't just try to make a sale -- he genuinely worked to keep us as customers and make sure we were happy with the vehicle and the overall deal. You could tell he cared about earning our business and making sure we had a great experience. The entire process was handled professionally, and Eddie continued to communicate with us and work with us until we were able to get everything finalized. That kind of customer service goes a long way, especially when purchasing a vehicle as big of an investment as a new 2026 Suburban. We are extremely happy with our new Suburban and really appreciate everything Eddie did to help make it happen. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Eddie. He's knowledgeable, personable, funny, and will genuinely go the extra mile to take care of you. Thank you, Eddie, and thank you to the entire dealership for the outstanding customer service. We love our new 2026 Suburban and are very happy we chose to do business with you! Great vehicle, great dealership, and an even better salesperson. Eddie definitely earned our business!

1 Star - Buyer Beware…read more I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience so other people can make an informed decision before purchasing a vehicle from Victorville Chevrolet Cadillac. In May, I purchased a 2024 Mazda CX-90 Certified Pre-Owned from this dealership. One of the main reasons I felt comfortable buying the vehicle was because I was told it came with warranty coverage, giving me peace of mind that I would be protected if something unexpected happened. Since I had already gone through a tough situation previously with my last vehicle, left stranded on the side of the freeway I thought purchasing a certified pre owned vehicle would give me the security and peace of mind. Only a short time later, with around 59,000 miles on the vehicle, I took it to a Mazda dealership for a routine oil change and tire rotation. During the inspection, they discovered that the radiator was leaking. This wasn't caused by an accident or misuse--it was simply a mechanical issue that developed. I immediately contacted Victorville Chevrolet Cadillac. At first, I was given the impression that the repair would be covered under the warranty. Later, I received a phone call telling me the exact opposite--that I would have to pay for the repair because I supposedly had a "Silver Plan." When I asked for an explanation, no one could clearly explain what that meant or why a major mechanical failure on a recently purchased Certified Pre-Owned vehicle wouldn't be covered. They even gave me a phone number to call for more information, but when I called, the number was not in service. The situation became even worse when my vehicle became undrivable. My 2 1/2-year-old daughter and I were stranded on the side of the road from approximately 10:00 p.m. until 12:30 a.m., waiting for a tow truck. Being stuck late at night with a small child was frightening, stressful, and completely avoidable if the issue had been handled appropriately. To make matters worse, I was never offered a rental vehicle, even though I depend on my car to get to work and support my family. Instead of receiving the customer service and support I expected after purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, I was left without reliable transportation and facing unexpected repair costs. What concerns me most is the lack of transparency throughout this process. I received inconsistent information, vague explanations, and no clear answers about the warranty coverage that influenced my decision to purchase the vehicle. From my experience, I felt misled about the protection I believed I was receiving when I bought this vehicle. If you're considering purchasing a vehicle from Victorville Chevrolet Cadillac, I strongly encourage you to get every promise in writing, carefully review every warranty document yourself, and don't rely solely on verbal explanations. Ask detailed questions about exactly what is and isn't covered before signing anything. I trusted this dealership to stand behind the vehicle they sold me, especially because it was represented as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience has been stressful, disappointing, and financially burdensome. I hope sharing my experience helps other buyers avoid going through what my family and I have experienced. And till this day they have not resolved anything or given me any response and I'm they are trying to charge me a $500 deductible where clearly no where in the contract says anything about a deductible, and the CarBravo warranty mentions that any non GM vehicle is going to be repaired with a $0 deductible.

That level of care and understanding is hard to find these days. They also had a wide array of vehicles to choose from, which really stood out to me. It's not common to see that kind of selection after Covid, and it made finding the right car much easier. What impressed me most was how upper management got involved to make the deal happen. They were welcoming, friendly, and made me feel like a valued customer the entire time. It never felt rushed or pressured -- just genuine people helping me find the best fit. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that actually listens and cares about their customers.

Wes went above and beyond to…read morelocate the vehicle, Sharon made the purchase smooth and professional, and Shane and Anthony also played key roles in helping us through the process. For the sales team, I would give Sunland 5 stars. Unfortunately, the service department experience was the opposite. The Explorer had ongoing issues (radio shutting off, washer bottle draining, restraint light flashing, third-row stitching splitting). Service replaced the seat cover but dismissed the other concerns, despite the FordPass app showing alerts. Calls and correspondence went unanswered, and there appeared to be no real intention to resolve the problems. At 7,000 miles, I brought it in for its first oil service, a recall, and to readdress concerns. While the recall was completed, the oil service light wasn't reset, the vehicle was returned with a flat tire, and oil was spilled on the cowling where the technician had set the old filter. The oil itself still looked dirty, which left me questioning whether the service was even performed correctly. With no support from the service department, I was left with no choice but to trade the vehicle in. To Sunland Ford's credit, the sales team -- Sharon, Shane, and Anthony -- called me back and worked to make things right. We ultimately moved forward with a new Expedition that fits our needs much better. Bottom line: The sales team was excellent and earned my trust, but the service department's lack of response and unwillingness to resolve issues was very disappointing and forced me to do a trade.

After hearing about Nissan's goodwill assistance program for known CVT transmission issues, we did everything we were told to do. Before spending money, we called the dealership and specifically asked whether the goodwill program was available. Both the service department and the sales department confirmed that it was. Based on that information, we paid for a full diagnostic solely so we could open a goodwill case. Then we contacted Nissan Consumer Affairs. Instead of helping, we were told they couldn't do anything for us. No assistance. No explanation. No accountability. They also refused to reimburse us for the diagnostic that we only paid for because Nissan's own dealership told us it was necessary to pursue the program. To make matters worse, when we purchased the vehicle, we were told the transmission was "self-sufficient" and that we would never need to change or add transmission fluid. Anyone who has since researched Nissan's CVT transmissions knows they have developed a reputation for premature failures. Yet customers are still left paying thousands of dollars for repairs while Nissan distances itself from the problem. This entire experience has been one contradiction after another. The dealership says one thing. Consumer Affairs says another. In the end, the customer is the one left paying the bill. Customer service isn't just answering the phone--it's standing behind your products and taking responsibility when your own representatives provide inaccurate information. Nissan failed at both. This has completely destroyed my confidence in the Nissan brand. Not only will I never purchase another Nissan, but I will also keep a copy of this review. Every single time I see someone asking whether they should buy a Nissan, I will share my experience. If I can help even one person avoid going through what my family has experienced, I will. Nissan has lost a customer for life, and I'll do everything I can to make sure others know exactly how we were treated before they decide where to spend their money.
