Before heading over to the dealership I told her if there not able to get us into the car she wanted not be upset. Not only did they have the exact vehicle she wanted they worked super hard getting us into it on the terms we wanted. A huge shout out to the team at Valley Hi Kia you definitely stepped up to what we expect from the family of Valley HI dealerships and we will be back !!

I had an excellent experience working with my salesman Malachi and the upper management team. From…read morethe moment I arrived, they truly put themselves in my shoes and took the time to understand what I needed -- not just what they wanted to sell. That level of care and understanding is hard to find these days. They also had a wide array of vehicles to choose from, which really stood out to me. It's not common to see that kind of selection after Covid, and it made finding the right car much easier. What impressed me most was how upper management got involved to make the deal happen. They were welcoming, friendly, and made me feel like a valued customer the entire time. It never felt rushed or pressured -- just genuine people helping me find the best fit. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that actually listens and cares about their customers.

In August 2024, I purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer ST from Sunland Ford. Wes went above and beyond to…read morelocate the vehicle, Sharon made the purchase smooth and professional, and Shane and Anthony also played key roles in helping us through the process. For the sales team, I would give Sunland 5 stars. Unfortunately, the service department experience was the opposite. The Explorer had ongoing issues (radio shutting off, washer bottle draining, restraint light flashing, third-row stitching splitting). Service replaced the seat cover but dismissed the other concerns, despite the FordPass app showing alerts. Calls and correspondence went unanswered, and there appeared to be no real intention to resolve the problems. At 7,000 miles, I brought it in for its first oil service, a recall, and to readdress concerns. While the recall was completed, the oil service light wasn't reset, the vehicle was returned with a flat tire, and oil was spilled on the cowling where the technician had set the old filter. The oil itself still looked dirty, which left me questioning whether the service was even performed correctly. With no support from the service department, I was left with no choice but to trade the vehicle in. To Sunland Ford's credit, the sales team -- Sharon, Shane, and Anthony -- called me back and worked to make things right. We ultimately moved forward with a new Expedition that fits our needs much better. Bottom line: The sales team was excellent and earned my trust, but the service department's lack of response and unwillingness to resolve issues was very disappointing and forced me to do a trade.

I put 5 stars just so it would get more attention: I have never been so disappointed in a company…read moreand its so-called "customer service." After hearing about Nissan's goodwill assistance program for known CVT transmission issues, we did everything we were told to do. Before spending money, we called the dealership and specifically asked whether the goodwill program was available. Both the service department and the sales department confirmed that it was. Based on that information, we paid for a full diagnostic solely so we could open a goodwill case. Then we contacted Nissan Consumer Affairs. Instead of helping, we were told they couldn't do anything for us. No assistance. No explanation. No accountability. They also refused to reimburse us for the diagnostic that we only paid for because Nissan's own dealership told us it was necessary to pursue the program. To make matters worse, when we purchased the vehicle, we were told the transmission was "self-sufficient" and that we would never need to change or add transmission fluid. Anyone who has since researched Nissan's CVT transmissions knows they have developed a reputation for premature failures. Yet customers are still left paying thousands of dollars for repairs while Nissan distances itself from the problem. This entire experience has been one contradiction after another. The dealership says one thing. Consumer Affairs says another. In the end, the customer is the one left paying the bill. Customer service isn't just answering the phone--it's standing behind your products and taking responsibility when your own representatives provide inaccurate information. Nissan failed at both. This has completely destroyed my confidence in the Nissan brand. Not only will I never purchase another Nissan, but I will also keep a copy of this review. Every single time I see someone asking whether they should buy a Nissan, I will share my experience. If I can help even one person avoid going through what my family has experienced, I will. Nissan has lost a customer for life, and I'll do everything I can to make sure others know exactly how we were treated before they decide where to spend their money.

CRITICAL UPDATE - JUNE 23, 2026: If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I have brand new…read moreevidence proving this service department is operating a predatory scam. I have been completely carless for 16 days straight because of the nightmare started by Valley Hi Nissan. I brought our 2025 Nissan Kicks here because it was pulling violently all over the road, a massive safety hazard for my husband's daily work commute and my three young kids. Valley Hi only held our car for 3 days, but in those 3 days, they did absolute zero real work. Instead, Service Advisor Amber Rego handed me a completely blurry invoice, charged us over $1,000 for unauthorized work without a signed agreement, and verbally claimed we needed a brand new steering rack and alignment. They tried to send me driving off the lot with my children in a vehicle that was still dangerously broken and throwing active codes, that they put on the car. I immediately took the car down the hill to Empire Nissan in Ontario, CA, for a second opinion, and their certified technicians completely exposed Valley Hi's fraud. Empire Nissan actually took the time to fully inspect the car and proved Amber Rego's "steering rack" diagnosis was a complete fabrication to bypass our factory warranty and steal our money out of pocket. The steering rack was perfectly fine! The actual issues were separated lower control arm bushings and a steering angle sensor error, both factory defects that Empire Nissan fixed correctly under warranty for $0.00. Because Valley Hi was too incompetent to fix the suspension and forced us to continue driving it, our front tires were completely destroyed, forcing us to pay an unexpected $742.87 at Empire to replace them. When confronted with this exact proof, Valley Hi General Manager Joe Vickers emailed me promised a full refund, but he has completely broken his word and kept our money. Our car is finally running "as good as new" ONLY because Empire Nissan did the work. Valley Hi cannot physically perform competent mechanical work, and they are completely untrustworthy. I have officially submitted this entire narrative and the crisp digital invoices from Empire to the California Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) and Nissan Corporate. Avoid this place at all costs. I am warning you right now: they are not worth the job. Believe all the negative reviews on their page over the good ones, and let's be honest, they barely have any good ones anyway. There are so many 1-star reviews here for a reason. It absolutely sucks that businesses in the High Desert just try to grab money out of your pocket without a single shred of sincerity. Trust me, believe me, and just go down the hill. Empire Nissan did excellent work on our car. I love that they wrote every single thing down on paper, while with Valley Hi Nissan, it was just shady word of mouth. I signed absolutely nothing. I approved of nothing. I explicitly told Valley Hi: "Do not touch my tires, leave them alone, we will go somewhere else to get tires that are like $30 bucks, we don't need no $500 tires." But regardless of what I said, they went ahead and did completely unauthorized work anyway. Believe me and do not go here at all.
