Let me assure you, those reviews are legitimate, and Fred & Stacy are exceptionally wonderful to deal with. Fred got us in rather late in the tax season, which made me very happy. The experience from that point was as pleasant as having your taxes done could possibly be. Stacy went above and beyond to proactively call me the day before a snow storm, and asked if I wanted to move the appointment. Who does that these days? Exactly no one, that's who. Once we sat down with Fred, he prepared much of the info on the spot, rather than just taking notes and putting our return in a queue. Got a call the next day (yes, you read that right) that everything was ready. Amazing.
