I was already tired from working the day before and had to show up to class in the morning to renew my BLS recertification. I was expecting a long boring class. But much to my surprise, it's was engaging, on to the point, and fun class. Usually, I would keep looking at my watch to see how soon the class would end , but this time I didn't, and before I know it, the class was over. Ryan was personable, knowledgeable and accommodating to my hearing loss disability. He made sure he was clear and repeated anything that I didn't understand throughout the course. He made sure that I got enough practice before moving on to the next course. If you need CPR for any reason, I highly recommend APEX. I had a great experience with the entire process from scheduling to receiving my certification paperwork.
