Being told my brand new 2mo old windows are supposedly from a company (the main source they use) that often doesn't send them the requested products. Sounds like BS stories as to their shortcomings. "Lifetime warranty" that's essentially pointless if they'll never be fixed. Taking time out of my work day to be home at a time that fits their schedule only for no one to show up and an hour later finding out their business is closed for the weekend already. Absolutely awful customer care. Go somewhere else

I think word should be getting out there that if anybody has made any deposits and is waiting for…read moreany kind of installation from Wiregrass windows and doors to not hold out any hope since their offices are currently packed up, their meter for their electric box is padlocked and their control meter is missing so they have no power at their Dothan location. The Birmingham office nobody ever answers the phone or it goes right to voicemail and the voicemail is full so they're not accepting any messages. We have been duped over by this company and I have at least six other people that they have taken advantage of. I would just like to get word out there so other people who may have already given Josh Lowe a deposit or are thinking about using that company to definitely not. They have also taken down their Facebook page.
