We had some concerns with our roof and siding after a couple of hail storms came through. We called Apex and they were quick to respond and come take a look. Brandon was great. He thoroughly inspected my home and explained the damage that he saw. I filed an insurance claim that same day and Apex was there to guide me through the claim process every step of the way, which took a ton of stress off of our shoulders. Brandon was willing to meet the claim adjuster during their inspection, which I though lt was great. Our insurance ended up covering a new roof, gutters and portions of windows and siding. From that point on, Apex took over completely and did incredible work! There was no long wait period. They got to work quickly with a massive crew and got the job done right! We were kept in the loop every step of the way. We really appreciated their honesty and professionalism. At the end of the day, we're coming away with an incredible looking new roof/gutters and more! Remember, that many companies can throw up a roof, but not all of them will do things the right way, use quality materials, keep you informed and work in a professional manner. I had an inspection done by Garret Schmoldt and it was free of charge, my neighbor had some work done by Apex and Garrett was in charge at the jobsite. My neighbor needed a new roof, all his gutters, 2 windows l, a bunch of screens, a tree fell over, Garrett had a lumberjack clean all that up...and fence guys came and put up a new fence cuz the tree fell on part of it... We are working with RYAN and I can't recommend this kind and patient person enough. I have had more than 3 contractors to my house for the same issues but they all gave me a bad feeling. Ryan pointed out obvious issues the last guys skipped, and I'm sure our previous inspectors had seen these issues and wanted to ignore them. It's been a standing issue in this area. When our internet stopped working after a bad wind storm we went up on the roof to fix the satellite only to find our ridge cap was missing all the shingles. I called Apex last night and the next morning they were out and fixed it. First I received a phone call, but I told them it was really windy out here at our farm so it may not be safe to repair it today. A few hours later two workers came out and got it done regardless of the bad weather we have right now. They were both so professional and showed me the pictures of the repair once they finished. I called Apex for an inspection after the large hailstorm in April. Brian Dombeck with Apex came out within a day or so and did the initial inspection. I called my insurance agency who sent out a representative who did a joint inspection with Apex and they determined that the damage was significant and a new roof was required. Brian met with me and explained the process, showed me samples, and scheduled the work. I was kept informed throughout the process and was actually the first in our neighborhood to have my roof and gutters replaced. Brandon Wells went over every inch of the roof and made sure that everything looked great. unlike some companies that might have tried to fix things that didn't need fixed Brandon went over all his findings, talked about my options, and made it all easy to understand. We had hail damage on our home from a storm in early April. We were referred to Garrett at Apex because he is the best and deals with Insurance companies. We have State Farm for homeowners.
