John was responsive, friendly and communicative and came to the house within a day to provide me with an estimate that I felt was very fair. He was transparent, describing in detail what areas of my property he thought would be more of a challenge to clean thoroughly, but was confident the house would be much cleaner when he was done...and he was right. On the day of the job, John arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule and was accommodating with our alternate side / street parking situation (this being Sunnyside). He and his assistant worked quickly and the results were stunning. In particular, our driveway, sidewalks and front steps are cleaner than we've ever seen them. John is fair and honest and a nice guy and really great at what he does. Don't hesitate to use him if you need power washing done.

In our case, we had an upcoming condo showing and were hoping to have the windows cleaned within 2 weeks. If John is reading this, we'd love to find out why he never showed. Thankfully NYC isn't too far from where we live and there was no issue in getting them to come out to northern NJ. We were able to work directly with Nick who was super accommodating with our schedules and this guy gets an A+ for customer service! He showed up on time and was super friendly and professional. He managed to complete the washing of our large deck/patio area including all of the deck furniture within just a few hours and it looks brand new! I contacted him 3 weeks later complaining about what wasn't happening to my lawn. He tried to say that because of all the rain, I wouldn't see much growth. He came a week later and re-seeded the lawn and has you can see, this was the outcome in a month! I didn't bother to call him back and then decided to take matters into my own hands. My lawn is looking much better. I wouldn't recommend Oscar unless you speak Spanish. That's also a problem with most of these Lawn companies, the lack of the language is problematic.
