It pains me that Rob Rave would not even meet with me to review my concerns and left me with a koi pond with integrity issues I hired Rave's to enhance my koi pond. The price charged was extremely high and I am left with a koi pond serious deficiencies. I did not personally speak with Rob Rave, but he was supposed to meet with me at 5 pm today. At 4:05 he sent me a text indicating meeting would only aggravate the situation so he would not be meeting and he would consider this project closed and paid. I already paid Rob Rave $12,000 for what was only one day of work by a crew. In my opinion, I was taken advantage of and the owner did not even have the courtesy to call me or meet me in person to discuss the matter. At this point I plan on taking civil action against this company, and I don't believe others should work with a company like this.
