They try to do their best but they are not cleaning professionals and they do not follow instructions, and they do not know the correct products for everything. The lady I normally hired is on well deserved vacation for 1 month so I decided to have someone else this week. I explained to the cleaner that she will use my vacuum cleaner and mop, I had to explain to her how to use them because she didn't know, She was using dirty water to mop my floors, I also told her to use my products to mop and she used something with an insecticide smell, my husband had to open all the doors and windows for that smell to come out, since my kids got they eyes irritated!!! She didn't clean the kitchen sink properly, She didn't vacuum before mopping, she did moped first and vacuumed after....!!! who does that??? and all mirrors and glass in my house have stripes and also my refrigerator has a very bad look from the outside, they don't know what to use for stainless steel appliances, I requested to apply a protectant for my shower doors and she did not use it... I have all supplies she needed to use and didn't use them, since I told her to use mines from the beginning!! I appreciate the hard work but is obvious that they just started with this business and don't really know what they are doing, don't know how to clean properly and don't pay attention to details. I paid $150 for 3 hours and 1 person and that was ok, but my houses unfortunately wasn't cleaned properly. And I know I'll get a bad response from owner or "manager" because I saw the way they react to bad reviews but I'm just being very honest, she responded to all bad reviews with a justification for what they don't know how to do, my house gets cleaned every week and I know exactly how long my kitchen and bathrooms takes to get clean, and the cleaner took about 80 minutes to only clean my small kitchen, and didn't cleaned well, then I told the manager is taking to long and she told me that my kitchen was very dirty!!! Lol They were trying to justify they just don't know how to clean properly by saying that my house is very dirty... Not a good response to keep clients or get new clients. I sent out a job request for a move out clean on Yelp and aplus cleaning responded right away to schedule an appointment. Compared to the other offers I got they were the best rate. They cleaned my house SO well, the landlord was very pleased with how good the house looks! They went above and beyond cleaning everything I asked them to clean and even dusting the crown molding and base boards. Adrian, who I assume is the owner, just threaten to sue me because I refused him payment due to the fact that there was no electricity in my house, so his maids couldn't clean. There are vacuums that run on an LED battery, but apparently they don't have one. They could've use the broom and swept the carpet, but they didn't. Unprofessional says $220 is flat rate job then complains that it is "too dirty" for a move out job.. left most all rooms completely dirty only brought 1 person to clean and a "supervisor" who came in and out to go to car. Showed up 10 mins late I was told no one would leave until job was completed and that was a lie they rushed out after cleaning for 3 hours... I will be taking them to small claims court to get my money back. An honest review is better than getting fooled into this type of company. EDIT: replying to your response!! So I was a little skeptical booking with this company due to the fact that there weren't many reviews on their Yelp account... but I needed my house deep cleaned and they were available, so I decided to give them a try. The cleaning crew arrived on time to my house with all of their own sanitized supplies and got right to work after giving them a walk through and explaining what I needed done. They did a really thorough job with my interior windows, baseboards, floors, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. The house looked amazing and also smelt so fresh. It looks as clean as the day I moved in. My roommate moved out of my condo and left a disgusting mess. He barely cleaned in the 4 years he lived here. I was worried some of the stains and grime would not be able to be removed. Aplus came and did an amazing job. They worked very hard and were able to get rid of 95% of the grime. They were not able to get rid of some of the black in the bathtub caulk and some of the staining under the toilet rim. But I was still pleased as I was thinking I was going t have to replace the whole toilet. They had to come back another day to use a steam cleaner to get all the soap scum off the shower walls and shower doors. I highly recommend them and am impressed with their work ethic! rude, nasty, quarrelsome, argumentative, lazy not kind do not use this company. the company sent over young inexperience kids, the young man was very disrespectful towards me and my household.they came late not on time and left early, refused to do their job, for 2 hours while they were working they cleaned only one bathroom and didn't even finish it and 2 windows only from the outside (my condo it's only 1024 sq ft 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom) got $130 and left, refused to finish their job.they told me two hours is not enough time for the cleaning and if they stay more than that, the price doubles...that's why they worked slow to get double pay, thats why they put it for only $65 they know they're not gonna finish in 2 hours thats why they worked so slow so they can be paid double. and when i first called i told them that the bathroom wall was remodeled and they kept saying the house went through construction when it did not. very sneaky and deceptive people,do not hire them!!!!!!!! read more

Was pretty disappointed the cleaner was here over 2 hrs in a one bedroom apartment not very big and not very dirty just a standard cleaning..I gave instructions that weren't followed but also the job was done lazily didn't clean under things when dusting/cleaning and left a lot undone.. used a cleaner that left a film on my wood table might have ruined the finish..didn't empty 2 receptacles which I had requested to do so..just didn't do alot of simple things that should've been done or follow my requests that were made prior not a job well done kinda careless..would not use or recommend this company..yes good pricing but nxt time I'll hire up for sure so I might get what I pay for read more
