We filled out some paperwork and then waited for our turn! I didn't go into the room with her, but my partner did and he said that Michelle was really great. She took the time to make sure the teen was comfortable and understood what was going to happen - she also went over aftercare thoroughly and made sure we were set up for success. The jewelry was all good quality, and the prices were quite reasonable. The septum piercing, jewelry and aftercare solution came in under $150.00. Candice was super patient with my daughter and explained all the steps to ease her tension. The piercing was pretty quick and done in a very clean and sterile room. I would definitely bring my younger daughter back here to get her ears pierced when she is ready. The cost was about $140 including the jewellery. I found it a little pricey but I'm sure it will be worth it in the end since $100 of it went towards the high quality nickel free body grade jewellery.
