His training techniques are like no other and I love that he comes to my home to work with me. This past week I was building something big and the twisting with heavy objects eventually got me into trouble. (always forgetting proper mechanics when I get tired ) When I told Todd I was in pain he came right over to give me some easy movements to help me heal. He is awesome. I can't say that enough.

I got a 100$ for one month coupon thing. and he has multiple classes during the day, multiple times a week. He trains you at rotary stadium, so you get the track, the stairs/bleachers, and you bring a yoga mat for core work. He uses the poles, fences, walls, and benches and your own body weight to do your arms, and wall sits. Ya, he's a little weird, and maybe a little creepy at first, but he's kinda nice. So that money that I spent, did go far. It's a matter of commitment, hard work, and determination.

The accusations make a few things (cash deals, no GST charges, offers to trade skills rather than pay for services, his constant moving to new apartments every couple of months) make a little more sense. He is a talented fitness instructor, that's for sure, while it lasted, and a nice guy. BUT buyer beware and exercise discretion.
